Fabulous hotel Staff extremely helpful. Great value for money. Everything was perfect.

Very average breakfast and breakfast location

Staff was amazing! Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Great front desk and bell staff gave us recommendations which we were thrilled by.

Only issue was with bathroom. Lots of spillage from sink and shower. Easily overlooked with all the wonderful things about the hotel, but important to be aware.

Very good location. Room was comfortable and light. Very efficient and easy to use air conditioning. Excellent wifi throughout. Comfortable bed and pillows. Appreciated the ironing board. Room was kept exceptionally clean as was the whole hotel. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Great breakfast.

The shower over the bath was impossible to use without thoroughly wetting the floor. A larger/wider screen would help. I would have appreciated some milk or creamer to use with the coffee/tea provided. One of the reasons I selected this hotel was for the Spa - unfortunately this was closed due to maintenance.

Good location the staff were lovely

The hotel is something out of a fairytale. It’s truly beautiful. The architecture and interior decoration was exquisite. The breakfast was lovely and had a large selection of cooked and continental options, and they will cook you a fried egg if requested but my partner loved the salmon and scrambled eggs. We ate in the hotel restaurant and the food was very good there too. Every member of staff was helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. The bed was super comfortable. Overall this was a flawless 5star experience

Very good quality per price, excellent location. Spacious room and comfortable beds. There's a gym and a small spa (sauna + jacuzzi) with free access for the guests. The staff has always been nice and helpful, and the cleaning was perfect.

The curtains in the room were too thin, with too much light in the morning making it difficult to sleep.

very grand hotel but nothing ‘stuffy’ about it. The bathroom was a frosted glass room inside the bedroom which was a very nice touch.

extremely low quality breakfast. the room is nice, the location is great, however, when you ask for coffee I'm the morning....they send you make one.

the decor and rooms were very nice

the bathroom kept leaking which they seemed to know about so why use this room. sadly the breakfast for a 5 star was very disappointing & virtually inedible. even a staff member thought it was too much trouble to offer or even make a coffee when asked.

bathroom has no proper door, it is a sliding semitransparent glass door which does not close properly and the toilet has no door at all. so no privacy…that is why i did not rate 10

The staff was very polite. Rooms were very clean and comfortable beds . 15 minutes walking distance to Old Town.

-We sat at the bar for a drink on the evening of December 31st, but they said that the kitchen could not serve us because it was a New Year's Eve dinner for 65 people. They don't care about hotel customers and that is really unprofessional approach. They said they couldn't even make a sandwich . I guess there was no chef in the hotel that night. If there was a chef and they didn't serve us, that's even worse. This should not have happened in a hotel like this in the center of Bucharest. - No parking place. We had to park in the car park of the other hotel . There should be a discount for the hotel customers but I think they did not make an agreement with the parking place. We had to pay 17€ for 24 hour. - The bath tub was so high that you have to jump over it. I think it’s dangerous. They should construct it to a walk in shower.

It was very quiet. The decor was classic but the bathroom was modernized and the TV was new which would be expected even so. Breakfast was good and variated. Special orders were also available. Staff was helpful and nice.

No parking on the premise even paid. We parked at another hotel closeby which was fine but only because we didn't move the car at all.
