Location as advertised: close to tram, has car park, near to restaurants, quiet neighbourhood. Shower was great.

Room a little be too warm and the fan was noisy.

You can hear every mouvement from the other rooms. The isolation is horrible, so it is difficult for light sleepers

Good basic accommodation next to transport links into the heart of the city. Perfect for city break.

Nothing really. Minor glitch with only one cup and not enough tea/coffee for double room.

The hotel is nice and cosy. The room was clean, the staff was friendly. good value for money.

The hotel was in a good location for us with easy access to trams. Staff were helpful when we had to leave very early in the morning. Bathroom was lovely

Tea/coffee facilities were not great. One tea bag for 2 people. One mug. Had to ask for more. These were not washed or replaced. There is a security code on the front door. We had to leave very early in the morning. The code and release button on the door did not work. Thank goodness the taxi driver picking us up realised we could not get out and he accessed the door code panel from the outside!
