Location, well furnished room

Very clean and comfortable with a great central location. Very good breakfast either lots of options.

Slight noise from the tram outside but not loud. It also stops operating at night so did not disturb sleep.

I have stayed at royal for some times , I have read the reviews and I am glad they took them into consideration

Having one treadmill in the gym . Better keep the free weights and get rid of the weight machine .and put another tread mill and an extra elliptical and the whole thing would be perfect

- The heritage and atmosphere of historical building - The friendly porter / Service man

- Furniture outdated - Receptionist are not friendly - not so good breakfast while pricy - Electric outlets couldn’t be used even though we have our own international adapters. We are family of 5 in two rooms and the hotel rejected to provide us more than 3 (after negotiations). We had to buy new adapters specifically for Switzerland that will work in this hotel. - Before check-in I sent to hotel twice before they reply requesting interconnecting rooms and although it was long before my check-in date they promised that they will try their best to accommodate my request. And one day before check-in I sent them message about it but they didn’t had the curtsey to reply. During check-in they informed us that they can’t avail interconnecting rooms and the receptionist didn’t even seem to care about it.

The lobby was beautiful. Rooms are comfortable and clean, but need a bit of an update.

The breakfast was not that good.

Zimmer war in der Grösse sehr bequem, grosszügig. Lage war ideal mit der Tramhaltestelle vor dem Haus. Der Frühstücksraum bedarf einer Renovation und angenehmeres, freundliches, helles erscheinen. Check-in war super und schnell.

Nach dem Mittag gibt es keine Verpflegung mehr, das Bistro bietet keinen Snack wie z.B. ein Hamburger. Dachte vor der Abreise eine Verpflegung dort einzunehmen, aber es bestand keine Möglichkeit.

Charmante aber ein bisschen veraltetes Hotel

Staff were not very friendly or helpful. everyone on reception seemed to find our presence tedious and an effort for them except their lovely Porter who was m very helpful.

Great location in terms of accessibility to transport, restaurants and shopping amenities. Spacious rooms, friendly staff and great food!

The staff were really professional especially Melissa from the reception she made everything she can to make our stay good

The hotel didn’t provide anything inside the room for four stars hotel they were not even a bathrobe or slipper

Couloirs et chambre un peu vieillis comme souvent à Genève. Confortable néanmoins. Le lobby est agréable et le restaurant est bon.

Room was clean, staff were helpfull. Close to main train station.

Wasn't informed before checkin about renovations happening which meant drilling g at 8.30am both morning or the gym and spa being closed throughout our stay nobody mentioned it. We saw a poster telling us

The hotel was very well situated, easy to access from the train station, there was a tram and bus station right in front of the hotel, breakfast was really good, the room was comfy and spacious and the bathroom was extremely easy to navigate as a wheelchair user. And the staff was extremely lovely

The A/C was way toi cold compared to the exterior temperature, the hotel’s disabled toilets (in the lobby, not in the room) were not navigable in a wheelchair, the hotel room were hard to navigate in a wheelchair because of the carpet and there was poor soundproofing (we heard trains with the windows closed and people in the corridor).

corridors are quite dingy and run down, rooms could do with slight refurbishment

My A.C. didn’t work and they refuse to change the room for me . First night they sent me a fan and I did not sleep that night . Second day They sent a guy to fix it and took a few hour to fix it and also was not good but better than first night . And one of the receptionist the lady with blond hair was rode to everyone.
