Clean, good bed. Two rooms worked well. Thank you for the up grade. Kitchen facilities very good. Convenient parking. Nice and quiet.

The heating in the motel was inadequate for the time of year in Dunedin. The panel wall heater was not working and the heater in the bathroom also was not working. The small portable heater supplied was inadequate for heating the unit at that time of the year when it was very cold and wet in Dunedin at the time we visited.

Love that the location was perfect right in the centre.

Communication was great! Fast easy check in.

Cosmetically could do with a few tweaks, eg screwing fixtures more securely, towel rail, bathroom vanity door, light switch loose. Bed and pillow’s were firm, but that’s minimal. Not sure if there was a “What to do in Dunedin” supposed to be in room, as it’s all online, but a wee few recommendations would have been helpful.

Friendly manager and staff. Clean and comfortable room, with heating turned on prior to our arrival on a cold day.

Expected the room to be noisy as it was near the main road, but it was very quiet.

A charger for electric cars would be really good.
