We couldn't find anyone to leave the key for checking out so had to go back to the room to deposit it there.

Large room, everything you might need, nice pub with great evening meal options. Staff were very helpful and did all they could to accommodate us (including storing bicycles safely inside overnight). Friendly locals in the bar. Was quiet and peaceful at night, but it was a weekday so might be different at weekends.

Slightly dated bathroom but was all still super clean.

Nothing, everything was how I expected as this was our 2nd stay at the White Heart

It was very nice, great food too

The cold tap in our room gave you hot water for the first minute or so.

Fantastic pub/hotel with extremely helpful staff from the moment we walked in

Efficient and friendly staff and quaint but very clean and excellent room with everything that you expect. Food excellent. Large car park.

There were no things we did not like.

It is not a fancy hotel, but the room was large, warm and relatively comfortable. The staff were absolutely fantastic and super friendly. Our dinner at the restaurant was excellent.

The bathrooms outside of the restaurant had a terrible odor that leaked into the hallway. It smelled like a sewer had overflowed. Our room was overlooking a dumpster that was overflowing with trash. There was also a long hair in my eggs at breakfast.

Room and food were good.Staff were all very helpful even though it was very busy.

It was very cold at breakfast time and although we were warned it might be noisy it was louder than we expected ( but did stop at midnight)

The staff are absolutely brilliant. They are so welcoming and can’t do enough for you which was particularly appreciated as we were experiencing â bereavement.

the property was in a good location for us

didn’t sleep a wink as the bed in the property was well pas it’s use by date. there was a hollow in the bed and wood sticking up through the mattress. we ate evening dinner whilst here. the you g girl serving us unfortunately either didn’t understand us or maybe didn’t want to understand us. we asked for mashed potatoes she told us only potatoes they done was chips even though the special board had creamy mash on it. we ordered pints which had to be followed up on several times.

Plenty of parking, lovely welcome, very comfortable room, good evening meal and breakfast.
