The rooftop patio was marvelous, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location can't be beat!

Wonderful host Sabrina and staff Adrianna and Valentina, so very happy and helpful which really made our stay here in this lovely and quirky apartment property. Had a room with no balcony, it was large and had a big bathroom with powerful shower, a was very comfortable space after long town walks. I think the bed-mattress was of foam and I found it very supportive and not hard at all. Breakfast (croissant, rolls, cheese, meats, cereal, fruit juice, local breakfast items too, boiled eggs or other types if you want) was very filling and amazing sitting on the balcony with view of the harbour. Sit on the balcony any time of the day and watch the boats, with a supply of wine and beer to choose. We will most definitely stay here again in the future.

Should this really go in the 'didn't like' section? There are several flights of stairs up to the property. If you don't like lifts/elevators, this could be a problem. The lift is old and tiny, very charming, and a lot of fun. We enjoyed it but it maybe a problem for some? Luggage fits in and it is a tight squeeze but added to the charm and enjoyment.

it was centrally located and gorgeous!! Everyone was so accommodating and the hotel area was at guests’ disposal as well, which was lovely.

shower hot water didn’t last very long, and the shower itself was very cramped — that was all!

Great location in the city center. Free parking <10 min away. Very friendly host. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, lovely balcony with city view.

The homely atmosphere created by Sabryna, her son , Adrianna and Valentina could not have been any better.The rooms were spacious and were kept spotless.The location was ideal , surrounded by lots of eating places and shops. The view from the roof garden was amazing and the communial kitchenett was a bonus. They all made us so welcome and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect.

The best location in Cagliari- right in the center with beautiful views of the port from the roof top terrace to enjoy breakfast or a sunset cocktail. No need for a car as everything was a few minutes walk away. Everyone was so nice and kind to us. Our room was immaculate and a had lovely roof top view. A cool little elevator brings you up to the B&B - you don’t have to do the stairs!

The location was perfect - right by the gorgeous marina and a close walk to all the resturants and shops. Our rooms were a great size and bathroom was modern with a fun twist - the towel rails will make your smile! There was access to a communal kitchn and the roof terrace was breathtaking - both mornings and sunset. A great way to unwind with a glass of wine after a busy day. Most of all our host Sabrina (the teenage witch) was incredible. So kind and generous. She made us welcome in her home, told us all about life on the island and helped us in anyway she could. Sabrina and her team were brilliant and made the trip so special for us. We'll be back!

This was a really nice hotel, the room was big and clean, and the bed was comfortable, it also had a large fridge, which is something extremely important in August. The breakfast was amazing, one of the best breakfasts I have ever had at any hotel (in the same price range). The breakfast is also had on the terrace which has a beautiful view of the harbour. The location is very good, close to all the restaurants, and not too far away from the old centre where the historic monuments are. The staff were very kind and attentive and Sabrina was always available via Whatsapp for any questions or problems we had, we were even offered some complimentary drinks on the terrace on arrival, a really nice touch. We really did enjoy our 3 night stay here, thank you so much Sabrina!

The only negative aspects to our stay were that the wifi was slow, and that you have to find parking (at an extra cost) as they don´t have a private carpark, there is parking across the street in the port area, it costs 10€ a day, so you have to factor that into the overall cost of your stay. Apart from that, everything was fine.

The property had everything we needed for a relaxed stay. Great location, large comfortable room, beautiful roof terrace! Sabrina and Sara could not have been more helpful or lovely!! Highly recommend

This b&b is located in the heart of Cagliari at a walking distance from the train station. The host is absolutely welcoming and ready to help you.

The building is an historical building. The elevator did not work one day, the pressure of the water pipes was not sufficient for taking a decent shower but I have to admit this is out of control of the host. Cleaning could also be improved.

This B&B is special because of its excellent location on Via Roma and its layout. The rooms are a nice size, and so is the bathroom. Everything is nicely decorated with care and great detail. It is obvious that the owner takes really good care of her property and guests. The breakfast is wonderfully served each morning on the roof terrace on overlooking the harbor. Coffee is being prepared to order and the staff and the owner Sabrina ensure that you get every question answered. They go out of their way to explain where to find the sights of Cagliari, good places to eat and the beaches that might be a little less crowded. Overall, this is a charming place that has a good vibe.

Sabrina contacted us prior to arrival on WhatsApp & gave us great directions regarding parking our car, & also advising we could pull up out the front & deliver our luggage to the elevator & send it up to Sabrina so that we could then go & park our car - what service! The parking was directly across the road & for an overnight stay was only €8. Sabrina is a vibrant, friendly host who is more than happy to assist in anyway possible. The property is located directly across from the marina - could not have been better. Sabrina offered us Aperativi (at a small cost) on the balcony prior to sunset which was lovely as we also got to meet some other guests. The wifi was a little tricky in our room, but we were able to use it in other areas which was fine. Our room was more than adequate, great shower too! Breakfast on the balcony was plentiful with pastries, bread, meats, cheese, eggs & Sabrina's special homemade ricotta suprise! Thank you Sabrina for the suggestion of driving through the mountains back up to Olbia - was a great drive. Sabrina will help make your stay in Cagliari even more enjoyable!

Great accomodation in the heart of Cagliari. Warm welcome by the very kind and friendly host Sabrina. We got a very good room with nice interior, bath room, comfortable bed, air condition and very quiet at night. Besides all that another highlight is the terrace on top of Cagliari harbour, which can be used all the time for a coffee or drink, and of course for the great breakfast that is served there in the morning. Overall an excellent experience!

Everything was good, so there is absolutely nothing to mention here.

The location the best possible. Beautiful view on the harbour. Close to the train. Bus to the beach oposite the building. Close to shops and restaurants. The breakfast on the roof worth million dollars. Everuthing delicious.Thank you Sara for your smile in the morning serving us coffee and amazing cheescake.

Beds, good size but the matterace very soft.

I have traveled quite a lot, but have not come across so personal help and hospitality that Sabrina and her family provided. My frend lost phone and had trouble finding contacts in Sicily, Sabrima struggled to help me. When their family had guests and we happened to be there, our plates and glasses were filled. It was very warm and sweet. Plus fantastic balcony, good location and very beautiful, stylish and clean apartment. Thanks again!

Fantastic roof terrace! Friendly & hospitable host, great location, and a gorgeous room. Wonderful breakfast. Easy check-in. Everything was fantastic and I would recommend to anybody visiting Cagliari!

Everything was great!

The place is clean, looks great, room is enough for two people to come over and get sleep and feel like a home. Host (Sabrina) is very kind, dedicated and helpful. I will recommend object and the Host to my friends and definitely come back soon!

The location was perfect for exploring Cagliari but also directly on the main bus routes, including Poetto beach. The welcome and friendliness of Sabrina and her team was amazing. Lots of local tips for exploring, walking and of course eating. There was discount at some local restaurants. The roof terrace has incredible views and is a very welcome extra space outside of your own room. Guests from all over get to meet and chat.. if they feel like it. The experience was a small taste of what it must have been like to live in such a magnificent villa of old. I highly recommend.
