Habitación fría aunque con bomba de calor del aparato de aire acondicionado aceptable

Friendly staff, big and clean room and very nice restoraunt with good food. Enought towels(which smelled very nice), tea, coffee and water in the room for free👌

There is no elevator but the staff helped me with my luggage. And the next time could be nice to have a slippers in the room)

It was a great location and very comfortable highly recoomend this hotel for either work or a weekend get away

Despite my extremely short stay caused by flight delay, extremely polite, kind and considerate staff of Luna Hotel made it a great experience! The breakfast was diverse, fresh and tasty (cottage cheese pancakes were especially delicious), the room was spacious, air conditioned and clean. The deciding factor for me was a late checkout (13:00). I would definitely stay here again, thank you!

The location was good for my work and the staff at reception were nice. Rooms comfortably spacious. Used the adjacent restaurant one evening which was ok. Staff was patient with me working in parallel in restaurant. It is a shame that the decent effort at service by other staff and an overall nice stay is undermined so solidly by one breakfast staff person.

Unfortunately, the biggest problem, which impacted my rating the most, was the breakfast. Guests should be warned ahead of time, that it only starts at 8 am, which for work travel is not acceptable. Reception staff was kind to let me in 10 minutes earlier, as most days I was scheduled to depart at 8 am to make engagements. The discomfort, however, when faced by the rude breakfast person made 3 of the 5 mornings unpleasant when faced with her bad-tempered attitude towards myself and other guests.

Everything was pretty good, breakfast was delicious like homemade. Room clean
