Hot water in shower is interrupting (period of warm water with few seconds of freezing cold water)!

Staff at reception were incredibly helpful and would go an extra mile for every request. Free supply of water is a great extra and daily upkeeping of the rooms is very good. Perfect location too.

Breakfast was quite good in terms of food but needs better supervision to ensure warm food is continuously supplied (small hotel and relatively small cafe hence once few customers have had their breakfast at times there was no hot food left

I found some of the decor choices a little odd - notably 'get naked and have fun' painted on the wall of the bathroom; this did not seem to me to be in keeping with the overall vibe of the hotel. Just a small quibble though!

Very close to the city centre. There is a cafe, park and market nearby. The staff are friendly, helpful and approachable.... Thank you again

A small cozy hotel, neat, new, elevator, nice room, comfortable bed, smart alarm clock with instructions on the wall "Hey Google, wake me up at 7 am" - cute, parks within walking distance.

There is no noise cancellation at all, I could hear everything my neighbours were saying and their TV, and I'm sure they heard all my conversations.

A quiet neighborhood, though very centrally located, close to everything -- and yet really calm and quiet at night. Good breakfast, spotless facilities, coffee machine with wonderful coffee as a bonus.

There are no ramps at the entrance and no guard at night, so if you arrive late, you will have to drag your heavy suitcase to the staircase by yourself. Well, if a client has limited physical abilities, it'll be very difficult for them to make it into the building.

I didn’t have a good night at the hotel. the rooms are very noisy and the couple next door had very loud sex. When I called the reception, they were quite defensive at first. The interior is good but a bit dated already. There are better option in Chișinău in the same price range like Plai Hotel. More friendly, quiet, and nice furniture.

The Location is fantastic, within 5 minutes you can walk to the city center. Rooms are very clean, well maintained and modern. Comfortable beds and functioning AC and heating. I was very happy that the hotel has non smoking rooms. The Restaurant is very stylish and has a great menu. Staff was very friendly. Small breakfast with all essentials for a fair price.

Information booklet in the room had wrong information (sauna and pool was mentioned but not available at thw hotel). The lobby area could be a bit more inviting its a great space but not really used. Having a drink there if it would be more inviting would be very enjoyable. The Restaurant is in the basement so its a nice alternative to relax and enjoy the sun. The terrace is preety nice too but unused. In the room I was missing tissues paper in the bathroom. Price was okay could be a bit lower for what is being offered,for a boutique hotel there is definitely room for improvement to justify that price.

Everything was very good. Hotel is quite new. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms clean. There is also coffe and minibar in the room. Localisation is very good. Walking distance to the centre, and the park.

Breakfast could be more of choice also there is not too much space, only 4 tables.

Very nice new hotel in the center of Chisinau! Located 200 meters from the central square, there are shops, cafes nearby. The street is well lit, which is important on winter evenings. The rooms are clean, new plumbing, warm. I would especially like to highlight the hotel staff: polite, trying to help with all the questions that arise. I highly recommend staying at this hotel!

the bed was big, but the rooms are generally small. decent mini bar but over priced it’s like every other hotel. Quiet location. hotel is connected to a lovely restaurant.

Clean, modern, spacious, friendly staff, great location, comfortable and all round a great stay for our first visit to Chisinau.

Lovely little hotel in the center of Chisinau. comfortable rooms with all amenities (coffee maker, fridge) and nice views (for the rooms on the back of the building, which are more quiet). Amazingly helpful and friendly staff: reception, cleaning staff, driver, all were unfailingly kind, helpful, friendly. Nice (but not cheap) restaurant in the same building.

Really it was a lovely stay. The only thing I can think of is that fresh bread for breakfast would be lovely. (And maybe an espresso machine?) But those are just details. Also, it is good for guests to know that the rooms at the front of the building are noisier than the ones at the back (but all are very nice).

it’s clean, comfortable hotel in the center of the city. personal very attentive & useful. A very attractive park “Valea Morilor” it’s 5 minutes walking.
