Nice swinming pool. Good porch to sit in the morning and at night, and there's a clothesline. The inside space is quite big. The sea is in walking distance. The wc got clogged up during our stay but they fixed it immediately.

The bathroom is a bit cramped. You have to hold the showerhead in your hand, and the shower curtain doesn't close properly, leaving the floor wet. The kitchen doesn't have many plates, bowels etc.

Exceptional view! Good swimming pool. Spacious flat. Great parking spot. Generally quiet place. Short distance from center. You can do everything without a car.

The bathrooms are very small and the showers are extremely small and uncomfortable. There is not even space for the shower curtains Some of the little houses have a nice view towards the Monemvasia rock, but some have no view. The beds are large and have an extra support underneath in order to sustain the pressure. The public spaces are very well kept. The owner must have spent a lot of money for the construction of the cobblestone paths and the terraces in cascade. There is a great investment and improvement since I first visited the hotel many many years ago. Well done!

The internal equipment of the houses is run down. Some refrigerators are very noisy. The kitchenettes need to be replaced. It seems that most visitors spend only one or two nights in the hotel, which is a pity: this should have been a family destination.

Perfect location in Monemvasia, port, old town and restaurants are all in walking distance with two kids as well (4 and 6). Pool area is very nice - clean, private, has a nice view. Staff is superfriendly, accessible, helpful, always nice and willing to help. Cleaning every second day.

The bed was a little short for my husband. The staff is cleaning and changing linen every 2 days but you also have to clean after yourself, otherwise you will have an invasion of small red ants everywhere.

There was very little space in rooms / bathroom. The bathroom definitely needs some upgrade. Wifi doesn't work inside the apartment or very poorly. But all in all we really enjoyed our stay.

The views from the premises over the sea and the mountains at the back are quite spectacular. Very quiet at night. On the whole, I think it is the best place to stay in Monemvasia if you are not residing on the island itself. The pool is georgeous and it is open all night so if you feel like a swim with the stars... Very polite, helpful and attentive staff. They are respectful and cautious in regard of covid-19 (July 2020). Absolutely recommendable place.

We have encountered a little problem with the toilet flush - once we contacted the staff they reacted immediately and a technician came to fix it within 15 minutes. We had a feeling it still kept leaking but it resolved our problem anyway. The bungalows could be slightly larger, we missed some space for suitcases in our bedroom.
