The hotel is five mins from sea front but so quiet. The food was excellent and brill portions with great choice.

No complaints at all

Super clean and modern room. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Very quiet location even though it's literally a 1 minute walk to all amenities. Breakfast was brilliant too. Couldn't wish for a better stay. Highly recommend Kathleen and her staff if you are looking for a break in Skegness.

Owner was very friendly, the place was very clean, lots of little touches to add to comfort of guests. The first impressions upon arrival with splendid hanging baskets was most welcoming. Breakfast was wonderful with great choices....including kippers! Location was excellent. Very close to town centre, but still quiet.

Nothing.

I was made to feel welcome and was shown where to park, where my room was and which was my bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble. Kath and the young lady whose name I cannot remember were both friendly and exceptional hosts. My room was clean and very comfortable, everything I needed, such as drinks, kettle and TV were all provided. The hotel overall was kept clean and well looked after. Breakfast was fantastic and there was plenty of choices from cereal to full English. Location is close to town, the beach, bars and restaurants. It is not far from a public transport link should it be needed. I'm looking forward to returning for another stay.

Great breakfasts, extremely nice hosts

The host Kathleen was lovely and stayed up to welcome us when we got stuck in traffic on the M25. The bed was comfy , the room was super clean, breakfast was superb and it was a short walk to the beech.
