Ubehagelig resepsjonist ved ankomst, ville helst ha kontant betaling og ville ikke gi noen kvittering. Skitten og uflidd. Jeg skulle bare være der én natt og ankom rundt midnatt.

Not a touristic hotel more commercial suited me lovely area near the beach felt very authentic for the price paid it was good a tourist hotel would have been double I enjoyed my stay the description on the site was accurate clean and comfy

This budget hotel did exactly what I needed it to. It provided a bed close to my friends property . The blinds worked and the bed was comfortable enough.
There was a sickening smell of 'cigarette smoke' in the room. It was deep in the linens and as a non smoker it could be almost tasted when we lay on the pillows to sleep. It made us feel quite queasy as non smokers. No smoking is permitted in the rooms so I couldnt understand why the smell was there, but it was very strong. Despite suiting me perfectly for my regular ttrips to Spain to visist friends, sadly I will be looking for an alternatice based on this. Otherwise its a decent place to stay for very little euro. Didnt try breakfast as we always felt a bit queasy in the morning due to the smell so I cant comment on that . he walls are really thin and I could have joined in the conversation the folk next door were having, so we tended to speak in hushed voices to have privacy due to this, but we were hardly in the room so it wasnt a huge problem..

I got a large double room with a balcony. 100 meters from the sea. Free WiFi and AC.
20 minutes' walk from the city centre. Bus outside the door. La Zenia 10 min by bus. Nice restaurants on the ground floor. Small fridge in the room. Very happy with everything!
Missing kettle in the room! Good to be able to make a cup of tea/coffee.

I have been staying here on and off for 4 years with work, it’s a budget hotel with 5 star staff, it’s a stones throw from the sea, it has local bars and eateries, torrevieja town is 20 minutes walk...the hotel is very clean, the staff are fantastic and I mean all the staff, I am English and speak little Spanish but everyone in tuto makes me feel so welcome, I could not ask for more and I look forward to January 2023 when I return.

its close to the beach
in the morning after spending the night in hotel tuto , we left the hotel about 9.30 to go and find breakfast, the old man at reception came hobbling after us , seemed upset, accused us of leaving without paying even though we had paid at reception the day before when we checked in. We had a receipt to prove it which we showed him . He started ranting and raving in spanish about something . We walked off to find breakfast and after breakfast we went back to get our stuff from the room and check out, there was no problem with the other guy who was now on the reception desk. No sign of the old man. We went up to the room only to find that our keys had been cancelled and we could not get into the room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were cleaned with fresh sheets everyday. The room was spotless on arrival. Hotel is very close to the beach.
The curtains in the room were not clean, they looked like they hadnt been washed in a while. The breakfast is toast juice or pastry its not very clear on the website itself. The food was outside in the restaurant next door, there werent any facilties within the hotel, not the end of the world though

Lovely Hotel day and night staff very friendly and helpful.
Was disappointed with the breakfast only had Orange juice, Coffee, choice of pastries or toast was expecting more choice.
