Pretty nice room. Very close to Nagano Station so the location is very convenient for those using public transport. Staff was very friendly.

It is a bit pricier when compared to other stays we had in Japan that were similar in quality.

Super convenient! You can even get to the hotel without touching the ground if you leave the train station through the 2F food area of the Midori shopping centre and walk over the bridge, keeping right to stay outside until you see the doors for Fresa. Theres also a Lawson in the first floor of the building and a Donki near the station foot bridge that offers a variety of snacks and other essentials at a good price. Room was spotless and tastefully decorated with a nice light colour scheme that helped it feel bigger. High quality amenities were available for free in the lobby (such as brand name razors). Air conditioning worked well and could be set to heating or cooling independent of the rest of the building - not always an option in Japanese hotels. TV had an easily accessible HDMI port so I could plug in my iPhone (with adapter) to watch my own content. Staff were very friendly and the automated check-in/out machines are quick and convenient.

Lobby could use a fresh coat of paint, especially around the elevators.

Hotel is just one street away from Nagano station. Walking distance to Zenkoji Shrine (20mins). Bus stop to Togakushi is just around the corner. Lots of eateries around hotel. Lawson is just at the entrance.

The blanket was use as the cover for the bed. Not hygienic. The staff was standing near the check-in machine to assist check in but the machine has problem. It will be faster if staff could just check us in at the counter.

it was very close to the JR train station. a convenience store was at the ground floor of the building.

One of 2 washing machines was out of order so it makes it harder for guest to wash clothes given a wash and dry cycle is two hours.

Close to the train station. A 24/7 convenience store is located on the ground floor and is accessible from inside the building, which is very nice. Microwave and various accessories (bathvsponges and salts, tea, razors, etc.) Are available all the time next to the reception.

The location was excellent, super close to the train station. The room was on the smaller side but it was fine for me as a single traveler. They had some amenities near the front desk you can grab on your way to the room.

The hotel is only a few mins walk from the station, the rooms have everything you need, the staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet has lots of options.

The hotel is located close to the train station, lots of restaurants are nearby, the room is clean, everything was in order. It's not a super amazing hotel, but value for money was good.

The lobby is on the 5F - which would be ok, but the rooms are only reachable by a second elevator (which operates 5F and above), so you have to go to 5F first, walk past the front desk, then enter a different elevator, to get to your room. If you only stay there for sleeping it's not much of a deal, but if you get in and out of the hotel several times a day it's a bit annoying as you'll always have to wait for an elevator twice.

Every staff member was very polite and helpful. Location was great for access to rail and bus services to surrounding areas and not too far from Zenkoji Temple. Breakfast selection was good. Thank you.
