perfect location in the middle of the strip with lots of restaurants and bars.

- Noise noise and noise. You hear a lot of loud music until 1AM every day. - We had to ask to change 3 times our room to get a good one. Fortunately the hotel was not full and we could get a room with working AC and working toilet.

Clean ans cozy room. Nice staff. Good location on mainroad near shops, beaches and restaurants. Wifi was ok.

Bed was not comfy. If u want to sleep early before 12 pm this place is too noisy.

Central location on a busy street with shops and restaurants. Short walk to the beach. Loved the little balcony overlooking the street. Also, they store your stuff for you after you check out so you can enjoy the day until you leave the island.

We were first given room one which overlooks the back, view of some dumped cars, and a balcony with a cement walk rather than a railing, which was different from the one shown on the website. I requested a room facing the street and was told there were none available, but I saw that there were other empty rooms that had just been cleaned, but they had one king bed rather than two queens. They reluctantly gave us room 6, front-facing with the one king, which was great, except for the fact that I had to share the bed with my friend, but it was fine as the bed was huge.

Perfect location, exactly where you want to be in isla mujeres.

at night there’s live music right across the street which you hear clearly but they stop playing around midnight

Hotel is located in a lively area, but it is still quiet. You are in the middle of the "action". The room was clean and it had a nice balcony. WiFi works well.

The balcony did not have table and chairs.

when we arrived the entrance and reception felt like a hostel. The room was nice and big and the bed was okay There is a bar just across the road that has live music from 5pm till midnight, reasonable priced drinks we had a good stay

there is no elevator

The staff was welcoming and friendly, and the room was quite spacious and clean. They have a security box. we had a room with a simple kitchen set up. The restaurant across from the hotel has an excellent and generous breakfast menu, loved waking up and walking a few steps to our table and watching the street vendors show / beach goers up for the day.

this hotel is located smack dab in one of the busy restaurant and shopping streets. The bar directly across the narrow street from the hotel plays loud live music until midnight. definitely bring earplugs though they won’t do much for the iron maiden covers! we visited mid December 2021 so things could’ve been a little more lively than usual, but if you’re looking for a quiet place look elsewhere.

Staff was very helpful and very friendly. Very clean, spacious rooms. Location is very central.

Until 01:00, a bit loudy because of some music bars. However, these stop at 01:00u Mattresses a bit too hard.

The location was perfect. A location that is super easy to get too. Close to all the conveniences of restaurants, shopping etc. Would definitely stay here again.

There was not hot water all the time it was needed but that was a minor inconvenience.

The room was fine, if spartan, and the little kitchenette seemed a good idea, but with no crockery or cutlery, proved pretty useless.

I'd chosen somewhere on a pedestrian street so that it would be quiet, but there was a music bar opposite, playing so loud the whole building shook, from about 8pm until 2am. Awful, awful night.

The room and facility was very clean.

NO WiFi!! (Even though booking.com advertised that there was) water for showers was just warm enough not to complain.. but definitely not hot.
