very quiet beautiful private beach away from all the activity. Basic fully functional no frills rooms that were clean and comfortable with excellent service. Restaurant under construction but looks to be exceptional when completed soon

the kitchen is being renovated. no food or drinks service. we weren’t warned about until the day before arrival (ie too late to change). but we were offered a nice alternative next door, for breakfast, so it was nice too. very friendly staff.

property has a great location. it is under construction so not all amenities are functioning, but Lily made sure that we were comfortable regardless of the construction. The room we had faced the beach and had entrance to the beach as well. Fantastic place when all construction is finished. Definitely recommend the place for stay.

Property is under construction, so it’s messy and dusty. other than that, perfect!

Location was excellent away from the busy center. Lily was always available for our needs. The hotel and grounds have a real authentic mexico playa feel!

The location will be perfect once all the facilities are available and will be magnificent!

We traveled by a motor bike through the whole Island and I can say we did not find a more beautiful place to stay in Isla Mujeres. A very nice garden and the romantic private beach with a peer are magic! (paddle boards and kayaks included). We liked the room with the king size bed very much - AC, fan, TV, fridge, a big bathroom with hot water in the shower (not usual in MX hotels). the whole area and the rooms are perfectly clean and in the night it is totaly silent there. The hotel manager, Lily, is a profesional who can deal with all your wishes, she is s very nice and friendly person with a lot of experience. We liked the stay very much even when the hotel was under reconstruction which should be finished in Apríl 2022. Until then it could be a bit noisy during the day but after the reconstruction this hotel will be a heaven on earth!

The location of the hotel with the private beach is amazing. Everything was quiet and the view and sunset from the beach was amazing.

No pool - no restaurant as the ones we can see in the pictures are currently under renovation ! so we were quite disappointed as we were not warned. The breakfast was in another restaurant next to the hotel.

This was a charming little property off the beaten path. It was not crowded and had a small clean beach area. No sargassum! The staff was so great and went out of their way to make you comfortable and make sure you had everything you needed. The room was very comfortable and A/C worked great. I will definitely go back.

Nothing major - Had a few issues with no hot water for showers. You could hear the loud music from the party hotel a few doors down. That did not bother me but some people might not like it. The beds could be softer…

Very nice beach. Very sweet personal.

The room was plain. The food in the restaurant was very bad and overpriced. We payed in US dollars and they gave us a wrong exchange currency, witch made our meal even more expensive. If you need to save money, you could stay here, but eat somewhere else.

Ran out of beers day 2 out of 4 and didn’t re stock. Had to walk down the road to another hotel to get drinks. Not ideal when you pay quite a bit to relax. Pool water dirty, no pumps or filters turned on.
