Lovely big room with a big bath

No on site parking but we managed in the short stay

Lovely comfy bed and the room space was ideal especially if you had a few days to stay. The breakfast was excellent, really lovely produce

Squeaky floor boards in bedroom, but it added to character. No parking but again excellent car parks around

The hotel is located on the main street and has easy walking to many of the village attractions. You can park at the front to unload cases and there is short term street parking across the road. To have long term parking for the car you need to be on the other side of the famous bridge. It's a few minutes to drive there but just a short walk back. Parking is free after 5.00 p.m. Ironbridge has plenty of local district attractions. Good hotel style breakfast and we had a room overlooking the river.

Guest parking would be a help, but if not an option then help with a voucher for the long term park would be good.

I was totally seduced by the decor in the inn, right up my street! The staff were so friendly, professional and efficient! I loved my breakfast and would have lingered longer had I not had to go to attend my workshop at the Maws craft centre! The location was brilliant for an early morning walk which the kind staff on my arrival took the time to advise me on.

Great location, nice food and good atmosphere

We had the loveliest stay here - such an idyllic, pretty location with a quaint homely feel. The restaurant food was great and the rooms are beautiful. We felt very much looked after, it definitely exceeded our expectations!

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast included in the price. Room well decorated with good facilities. Good quality evening meal served on the patio area in excellent weather. Although the rooms were well ventilated, staff made fans available in the room to counter the effects of the warm evening.

No parking available at the hotel. but were advised beforehand that parking was available a short distance away on a public car park.

Staff we met Ben that showed us to our room and Tracy that was around for breakfast service were very friendly and helpfull. Room was clean and welcoming with lovely river view.

Only one thing there were 2 mirrors in the bedroom but nither had easily accessable plug sockets to plug in hair drier. Had to move a unit out to access the sockets

I thought the staff were so friendly and the hotel and location was amazing. We had food there too which swear was the best food I've had in ages.

The only think I could think of that I really didn't like was the hall way leading up to the rooms. The smell was awful. Not sure if it was damp.

Mostly everything and especially Sam, the head chef's excellent food. The staff are exceptional and go beyond expectations.

Lack of heat in bedroom. The carpet in the bedroom needs cleaning and the toilet doesn't flush properly.

Shame the room was cold but rectified the next day so resolved the issue left happy

perfectly placed, lovely food, staff very helpful , lady who served breakfast gave great advise regarding the local area

excellent location, breakfast was beautifully set tables and lovely full English, toast, cereal, tea & coffee Rooms were clean and well presented, modern but cosy decor.

only comment would be the bathroom was a little dated but that’s the only negative thing I could say.

We were really pleased with the size and overall comfort of the room. Great to have a smart TV. Liked the view of the river and being close to the Ironbridge.

No food served on a Sunday. Stains on the carpet were the only real downside of our room.
