The location is really great in the middle of a beautiful long beach and walking distance to several great small bars and restaurants. The staff especially Eto and his sister were excellent and helpful in arranging everything from a Tuktuk to booking massages.

The two chairs on the terrace outside, our room were not very comfortable. Something to lounge around on would’ve been nice as well as a ceiling fan. The main restaurant lacks ambience, it would be much nicer to eat down on the sand outside the coffee bar. The inclusive breakfast lacked good coffee (although a great cappuccino was available from the beach coffee bar), a selection of fresh fruit and fruit juice and yoghurt.

Beach front location on good size land with spacious villa with large front deck. Great food at beach side Restaurant and very well looked after by staff. Also have coffee house next to Restaurant. Best beach on Koh Phayam.

We simply based our selection on the comments of the other guests. And can only say that most of them did not lie😉 For Thai standards a bit above the price average, but that's why we got what we wanted. very large, comfortable and above all clean bungalows. Chilled, very nice and helpful employees. And a long beautiful beach. What else do you need?! Really great!

Impressive selection of varied breakfast sets that were all well prepared. Location was in the middle of a wide, white sand beach with gently rolling surf. The owner and some staff speak Thai, English and German fluently.
