The beach is nearby

The lady who owns the place is a crazy person. She started shouting at us for no comprehensible or sane reason. We felt very unwelcome there & ended up going to another place nearby, which was great, while putting up with still paying for the unused room. But it was worth every penny not having to stay there. The room itself was pretty basic & therefore overpriced, so neither would we recommend the hotel on that basis. We travel a lot to many different countries & neither of us can remember such a rude interaction with hotel staff. She is truly not an example for what makes thai people so lovely

friendliness

For the small price we paid the room was perfect. The cheaper rooms are as expected at the rear of the resort. We had no wi fi or hot water but once again it was a good room for the money.

Mattress was hard .otherwise all good.

Location to the beach. The room was comfortable with an outdoor shower. A slight problem was fixed right away.

Basic coffee only. A hot shower would have been nice as it was cool at night.

The property is located on the beach and has easy access onto the main road where the main shops/ restaurant’s are located. The beach itself is clean and one of the most beautiful beaches we have been on! The hotel offers a range of food throughout the day and although we only ate breakfast i cannot recommend the bacon and eggs enough! They also offer an onsite launderette, we had our clothes back the next day The room itself was immaculate and was cleaned on a daily basis and were given clean towels. The bed was really comfortable and the shower had hot water, we also had AC, a fridge and a fan- we stayed in the deluxe bungalow The hotel is a family run business and the staff were always happy to help and we were always greeted with a smile. We felt at home at our time at frog beach house and would recommend this place to couples, families and solo travellers

We wasn’t there long enough!

lovely wooden bungalows, with open bathroom/balcony, ventilator, big double bed in a well-kept resort area. Little table, wardrobe, seats and table on the balcony. LOVED the open bathroom with openair-shower!! VERY friendly staff, daily cleaning and fresh towels. Good food is served at the restaurant between reception and beach (with silky white sand... gives you the perfect holiday feeling!)

as I prefer to drink a lot of tea during the day, I missed an own water boiler in my room (but it was stated in the description, so I bought hot water at the resort restaurant... no problem) no mosquito-net for the bed (but brought my own one, so... no problem) The raggaebar in the neighbour-resort played every 2 or 3 evenings live music/disco (but I was tired enough to sleep anyway, so... no problem)
