L'emplacement est absolument idéal vous ne pouvez pas trouver mieux ! Proche de tous les bars/restaurants, commerces, plage, pharmacie.. Le logement est magnifique et très moderne. Il est bien équipé mais il manque un micro-onde (nous devions faire chauffer la purée pour notre bébé) et un aspirateur. Ce sont des détails, malgré cela je reviendrai sans autre ! Des que nous avions un petit soucis, le propriétaire a su agir et répondre de suite à nos besoins, merci à lui. Petit plus pour le patio qui dégage une douceur de vivre le soir avec les lumières tamisées. Climatisation dans le salon, la cuisine et la chambre au top ! Le propriétaire nous a gentiment mis à disposition un lit parapluie pour notre bébé de 6 mois. Le dernier jour, si vous avez un vol tard comme nous mais que vous devez quitter le logement, une consigne est mise à disposition pour vos bagages. Service 5 étoiles !

Il n'est pas possible de payer par carte bancaire. Virement bancaire ou espèces uniquement. Les toilettes se bouchent très facilement attention de ne pas jeter autre chose que du papier toilette dedans sinon les douches se bouchent et l'eau stagnante remonte. Le canapé-lit est très inconfortable, il fait très mal au dos.

Roberta the host was a pleasure. She made sure we knew everything about the unit. Location is great. Right next to the beach & the square. Very unique design. Beds were comfortable. Air condition was good. There is plenty of room for three guests.

You can't flush anything down the toilet. No railings inside on the steps so I wouldn't recommend this unit for small children or heavy drinkers. lol Parking was limited, but the host gave us a parking permit for the street and luckily we found a spot.

On the doorstep of Mondello. Property is a full functioning apartment, met with Roberta to check in who was so lovely despite the language barrier we faced. No street parking but was given info for a paid parking lot nearby which was great

Stayed during a heatwave (July), air conditioning worked well and property is well shaded however Mondello/Palermo shuts off electricity to save energy during heatwaves so was without working aircon and lights for a few hours in the evenings

good location , only short walk to the bus stop which goes to Palermo, next to beach , few restaurant options in vicinity, quiet, outside space. Comfortbale beds and clean sheets.

Apartment we stayed in, had second bedroom downstairs in the back, window was to high to be opened. Very claustrophobic and not a lot of fresh air. There was a smell from the bathroom as this is a conversion so expected but in combination with lack of ventilation in that part of the apartment.. not ideal.

The object and the owner deserve the highest rating. Amazing location, beautiful apartment - two levels and a wonderful patio. The apartment is very functional, optimally equipped. A place where you want to come back. I highly recommend!
