-Un apartament bine echipat, -poziție foarte bună, -primește fumatori - are parcare gratuita

- situat la etajul 4, fără lift - parcarea e cam departe de apartament, - atitudinea proprietarului, foarte insistent în a-si primi depozitul drept garanție. Cardul era la sotul meu care urma sa revina in 2-3 ore. In scurt timp mi-a trimis al doilea mesaj cu garantia. Mi-a cerut numărul mașinii cu 24 ore inainte de sosire, dar noi închiriam masina din aeroport, nu aveam de unde sa știu numărul. A dorit sa-i trimit mesaj cu o ora înainte de a ajunge la apartament, iar de la aeroport faci aproximativ 20 min. Toate cererile lui par îndreptățite în alte condiții, dar tonul pe care o făcea era deranjant.

The property was reasonably comfortable, in a good location and well equipped. The host was friendly and helpful.

Although there was A/C in the main room the bedrooms were a bit warm for comfortable sleeping. However, this was a particularly warm spell of weather.

Location is excellent

Room with window is a little small and cramped with the bed in it. First room has no window. |It should be mad eclear there is no window in the first bedroom

Very good apartment, great host - easy communication, very good location

Interior design and equipment. Apartment had all tools and equipment for our needs inside.

We've chosen this apartmenr because of promised 2 bedrooms, free parking and "luxury". One of the bedrooms has no windows. This is unacceptable for us and was not specified in the description. We had to sleep in 1 bendroom and main room. Free parking was 750m from the place. Street close to apartment is always busy and parking is expensive there. Apartment was on 4th floor (which was actually 5th or 6th floor due to high ceilings) w/o elevator - bad for the family with lots of luggage. "Luxury" was only inside of the apartment - interior. The entrance to the building and long stairway are not. Multiple doors with different codes. First thing you see and smell on the way in or out - 3 garbage containers. Smell on the stairway. All windows are towards internal "well-style" yards, no street, no view, noise from multiple airconditioners equipped all around. Communication with the host was only via WhatsApp and I personally did not like the "buddy" tone, switching to Russian language, when I was writing in English, making fun about me in case of my misunderstanding how to get in and out of this maze of locked doors. For the price we paid I keep these serious discrepancies from the advertisement and our expectstions

The location is perfect.
