Hotel Eva is an exceptional, authentic family-run hotel with rooms in little houses through the property. The hotel is tucked into the hillside between Anacapri and the water in a secluded quiet area. 15 mins walk to Anacapri and the water. Spectacular views from the walking paths. Breakfast next to the pool was lovely. Family incredibly welcoming. It's a wonderful way to have an authentic stay on Capri.

Everything about our stay was perfect. Villa Eva is a calm and peaceful oasis on what can be a very busy island. A tranquil, quiet and relaxing place to stay. Beautiful pool and bar area to have lunch and drinks among mature trees and gardens. Nearby to beautiful coastline, restaurants and town of Anacapri

The location was perfect. Not too far from anything. The garden was like a jungle-amazing views! The owner was a very helpful and friendly man. Also the breakfast was very decent. Lots of fresh fruit

We loved the extensive gardens and the pool area in fact we spent very little time in our rooms. Loved the location away from the crowds but in walking distance from St Sophia’s church. The staff was very friendly, and the owner always available and willing to help planning excursions and arranging reservations.

Villa Eva consists of a beautiful subtropical garden with individual houses and terraces for the guests. The breakfast was very good. There is a swimming pool.

Due to the subtropical garden mosquitoes are ubiquitous. Don't forget your Autan. The internet is somewhat shaky in the guest houses. There also is a cock in the neighborhood who likes to sing at night.

Villa Eva is a world apart. A magic place where you can slow down and enjoy the pace of nature and the authentic side of the island.

Located in a beautiful garden, quiet, with a homely atmosphere. A place to recommend for quiet and rest. Also very good lunch service by the pool. The city of Anacapri is a little bit far but easily to reach with the public transportation or with a good physical condition by foot (15 minutes short-cut)

We loved everything, I will only suggest update a little bit the bedroom. It was our anniversary and they didn’t prepare anything special in the bedroom, that will be a nice touch. But we will be back again and I’m already suggesting this structure to friends that are looking to visit Capri !

Totally chill, the family run staff is more than willing to give suggestions and recommendations to plan your day while also letting you do your thing. Lovely pool area with lots of lounge chairs. Beautiful and well kept gardens make for cool photos. Rooms are simple, comfortable and clean with good AC. Considering how expensive Capri is, Villa Eva is the perfect balance between value, location and cleanliness that allows you to splurge on other things and live Capri to the fullest.

Wi-Fi could be a little stronger considering the lack of cell service on the island.

Carlo and his family are very friendly, you don't feel like a guest, but almost like a family member. The rooms are well furnished and cozy, ours had a sea view and the sunset was visible, a terrace with sun loungers and a parasol. Villa Eva is located in a large extensive garden with a lot of shadow and large plants. A 15-minute walk uphill leads to the town of Anacapri or you take the bus from the main road 3Min. We decided to rent a scooter to explored the island. We can highly recommend Villa Eva!

Everything was Perfect. IT is a bot coslty, but this is Capri specific.

Carlo & his wife and sister run the place which was built by Carlo's father. We were made to feel so welcome. There is a calm beauty about the place and the gardens are not only lovely but give a sense of privacy. I've no idea how many rooms there are as we only really saw ours and next door! The breakfasts are delicious; the pool wonderful and the location perfect. For an island without its own water supply, the water was hot and plentiful and the shower water pressure excellent - better than at home in Naples! We look forward to staying with Carlo and his family again.

If I had to say something could do with improvement it would be the decor and size of the bathrooms but that's being really fussy.

A short walk from the centre of Anacapri. Villa Eva has lovely gardens and plenty of space between rooms. The apartment was extensive and had a fabulous terrace. The pool and bar area were great. The staff looked after us well and breakfast was good too.

It was perfect for us
