Arredamento essenziale ed autoctono. Letti comodissimi, cuscini abbondanti, doccia super splendida. Personale gentilissimo sempre pronto a risolvere problemi e farti sentire al sicuro.

Colazione dolce essenzialissima. Preferiti prodotti salati. In ogni caso quei pochi prodotti dolci erano molto buoni

El personal es encantador, te ayudan en todo lo que puede. Un especial agradecimiento a Bashar que se ofreció a ayudarnos y encargarse personalmente de comprobar y aclarar un problema con una actividad organizada. Su compañero que está aprendiendo español está siempre predispuesto para ayudar. Las instalaciones están muy bien, la limpieza perfecta y siempre sin molestar. La ubicación ideal en el centro de todo y a 100 metros de la estación Sirkeci de Marmaray, desde el aeropuerto de Sabiha Gohcen, puedes llegar comodamente en metro M4 y transbordo en Marmarai. Sin dudarlo repetiría otra vez y si vuelvo a Estambul ahí me alojaré otra vez.

location is very good close to all place and the tram and bus station

elevator is small and it is difficult for car to park close to hotel

The staff was wonderful. Did their best to make us feel comfortable. I love how they are so energy efficient with all lights being on motion detectors. Would absolutely stay here again.

Location is excellent. Very close to Sultanahmet and other attractions. Metro is available right in front of the hotel. Breakfast was good.

Hotels pics are misleading. There is no view or balcony. Window opens to a big wall in the front. Extremely claustrophobic as there are no windows in main bedroom. If you dont like rooms without windows/balconies, skip this hotel.

There are two advantages of this hotel, the location and the staff.

Breakfast was in the facility next to the hotel. It didn't start until half past 9, which is very late. Very poor choice of food. The room was spacious, but not maintained. The first night, the shelf in our bathroom fell off. We didn't have enough towels. .

large room, loads of space, clean comfortable, great bathroom, good facilities, super location and wonderful staff
