Spacious accommodation and felt like home. Good value for money

Stayed in the one bedroom deluxe apartment but the was no mirrors in the bedroom had to always go to the bathroom when I needed to use the mirror after dressing up. Long dressing mirror needed in the bedroom

Anka was very friendly and helpful.She always had a smile on her and willing to answer any questions we had.The location is superb.

Shower in the bathtub and shower curtain had a stale smell.

The location was good and convenient.

The sofa, and the bed was too soft. The place was a bit on the old side considering the price that we had paid for. The photos showed a much newer apartment.

The apartment is very comfy and modern. Fully equipped with washing machine and fully functional kitchen. Since it was autumn, there is sufficient heating provided in the room. The receptionist Anka is very friendly and explained the room to use when we first arrived. Property is very close to Hyde Park and the Natural History museum. However, the nearest tube station i.e. Gloucester Road is a bit further i.e. 10 to 15 minutes walk away.

Price is a bit on the high side since it is located at the posh Kensington neighbourhood.

Anka at the reception was brilliant. Friendly and helpful (flat was missing a frying pan and Anka lent us her own). Flat was spacious; 2 sizeable bedrooms; 2.5 bathrooms (2 with bidets); 3 portable ACs; fully equipped.

Comfortable and great location . very friendly and helpful staff . i had a late checkout and I was allowed to not only store my luggage but Anca was nice enough to attend to me at 3am in the morning the pick my stuff and head to the airport . I’ll be back !

Lift doesn’t get to my floor and there was no iron in the room but it didn’t affect anything

The elevator noise was a bit excessive in our room

The location - convenient to go around London via the tube / bus / walk. The facilities - very clean and we appreciate that they provide the toilet spray hose in the toilet. Overall - we had a very comfortable stay. Excellent!

One thing that can be improved is perhaps the pillow - to have a little harder pillows would definitely makes the stay awesome. ☺️
