Location walking distance to MOA.

I booked this after looking at the description and feedback which stated that there is Sea View from the Balcony. Sadly I was told on checkin that sea view room is not available. Instead view my balcony was facing north with a 3 year old mega construction site blocking the sun. I have fotos of this and the poor condition of room walls and cobwebs in every corner. Prior to check in I received a call and 2 text messages asking for my name which I provided each time from a person who declined to give me her name.

cooking stove is not working properly

I like the host, she's very accommodating and helpful in my inquiries. The place is clean. The staff are very friendly. Everything is very accessible and a 10 mins walk from Mall of Asia. I was with my two teens and they like the place very much.Great place for a short vacation.

The cockroaches in the building. The loud tourists.

miscommunication between what booking app details and the property staff. app check in time request was approved but the property staff didn’t know. check in was also not on time with was written when i booked it (2pm).

for the price your paying , you cant really complain about anything

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The apartment itself is clean and I just love how accessible the location is.

Hair blower and iron for clothes were not available.

Convenience and accessibility to MOA and other food chains near the property.

Minor only, water heater was not working.
