If you are looking for a beach facing stay - this is a fantastic option! Beautiful views and the team Is very helpful and supported us via email, phone… while the apartment is clean and well stocked including with beach necessaries . Only small glitch was the apartment elevator on day 1 was out of order but it was attended to and fixed pretty quickly. Thanks for a great vacation!

This rental was wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean and well-equipped! My dad was the first to arrive and stated that it was "even BETTER than the pictures!" We loved the location. This area of the beach was not too busy- it was quiet in the best way! Perfect for our 3 families- with 2 infants! When we weren’t at the beach, we loved spending time on the ocean view patios. There wasn’t much to do within walking distance, but we knew that going in to the trip, so it was fine! We would certainly come back!

Right on the beach which wasn’t crowded plus a nice pool. Lots of restaurants within a short drive. Also plenty of supplies in the condo which was a nice surprise. A bonus was watching two launches from our balcony. We’ll be back!

The view from this condo is very good. The large balcony is accessible from the living area and one bedroom and has adequate seating for a group of 4, however it is a bit tight if all 4 people are out there and want to sit at the high top chairs. There was one chair on the small balcony accessible from the master. The kitchen was well equipped and had nice, newer appliances. The beds were VERY comfortable. Only complaints were that only 1 washcloth was in each bathroom and there were 4 people staying here. I told the property manager who sent someone out and they brought more dish towels ( we had plenty). One of the people staying with me accepted them and said the person did not speak english so they did not tell them we really needed wash cloths for the bathroom. I just washed towels every day. The other issue is that you have to use a key to get ANYWHERE in this property. Good for security but can get annoying when someone in your group forgets theirs. Also did not like having to drive to another location to get the key at check in and then take that key back the next day. Time to upgrade to keyless entry. The pool is excellent! Clean and not crowded this time of year. Love the property manager for this condo. Have stayed in their condos many times. They are very responsive to any issue.

Visited with our son and his family. My grandsons had a great time at the beach and I could watch them play from the comfort of the balcony. We all enjoyed our stay. Great place for a family vacation.

We had such an enjoyable time at the condo. First, it’s absolutely stunning! The views are incredible and I woke up every morning looking right at the ocean. Beach was great. Boys surfed. Lots to do in the area. Looking for when I can get back!

Great place to get away! You could hear the ocean the whole time, so relaxing... Lots of good places to eat in the area. Try Southern Charm Cafe and Gators Dockside. We all had a blast!

This condo has everything you need with a million dollar view! I will absolutely stay there again!

Overall, the property was roomy & had everything you could need-even for cooking Christmas dinner! The location is excellent and it was quiet. We enjoyed the pool & shuffleboard as well as the putting green. The sauna seemed to be under renovation. The only frustration we had was having to have a physical key to get in and out of anything & picking up a key at a different location prior to check in. Most rentals have a key pad & it was a hassle. Overall, a great place!

This is our second time booking directly with Stay In Cocoa Beach and we couldn't be happier. The communication is wonderful and the management team was always checking in to see how our trip was going. Our 4th floor unit had the most amazing views! It's exactly what you want in a direct, ocean view property. The unit was gorgeous, updated, well equipped and exceptionally clean. It was also very quiet and relaxing. We can't thank Stay in Cocoa Beach enough for a fabulous vacation!

Canaveral Towers 401 provided an excellent location for a wonderful beachside escape for our 3 generation family vacation. Being a corner unit, we were treated to beautiful views from two directions. With two balconies you can select facing eastward for breezes off the ocean or southward for warm sun. The unit is thoughtfully designed and well equipped with necessary kitchen and laundry items. Canaveral Towers is a quiet building in a very convenient location close to restaurants and shopping. Dean from Stay in Cocoa Beach earns an A+ for excellent communication before, during and after our stay.

If you plan to cook few meals, you’ll have to get pretty much everything. Same goes for body wash or shampoo in the bathrooms. There was only one small soap bar in one of the bathrooms. On the positive side, there was an abundance of toilet paper.Unit had great beach chairs; however, one of the beach umbrellas (green one) was broken. Otherwise our stay was enjoyable.

Everything was wonderful!! The location of your unit was perfect. So nice to wake up and see the sunrise and the beautiful ocean.

We loved the beach & condo so much I couldn't tell you what else Canaveral has to offer. We could find no motivation to leave so we extended our stay! The condo was well furnished, including for cooking. It was clean & afforded spectacular views. The beach was totally family oriented & perfect for swims & walks. Loved it!

We had a great time in Cocoa Beach. This is our second time staying in one of Dean’s properties. This time we stayed 3 weeks and loved it. Dean’s property was beautiful and well maintained and felt Like home. He was in contact with us after check to insure our satisfaction. We are planning our vacation next year and will hopefully get the same unit.

This condo is a great location with easy beach access and in the heart that everything Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach have to offer. Having the beach equipment also provided was a plus! Dean did a great job of making sure that we had everything we needed. We would definitely come back to this condo again!

The condo had everything we needed: a full spacious kitchen, an open floor plan, balconies with furniture, and the most comfortable beds of any property I have ever rented! Close to KSC as well as restaurants and shopping. Right on the beach with a large pool. The owner, Dean, was available by phone and email. Thanks again!

We had a great vacation. The condo was great! It was beautiful ! We had plenty of room and the ocean front views were beautiful. The parking spot was ideal as well. Would definitely stay again!! The directions for everything was detailed perfectly. Loved having the ocean view from the bedroom also. Would highly recommend this condo!!

Beautiful corner unit with great views. Clean and spacious. My grandchildren enjoyed the boogie boards and sand equipment. The adults appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that was available to us.
