Very nice clean house !! We enjoy staying there .

We had the best time and a lot of it is credited to the amazing property, house, and amenities provided! Plenty of everything, extra games, puzzles, even a printer for the workaholic, like me! Neighborhood was quiet, town was quaint with lots to explore. Very close to so many necessities! Hands down one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place for a perfect fall getaway!

We rented this place to celebrate my husband's birthday, and it was perfect. Waking up to that beautiful view of the lake from the master bedroom and main room was a great way to start the day. We rented a boat from Boundary Waters Resort and Marina, and they couldn't have been nicer. The boat looked brand new, and it was convenient having it docked at the house for early morning and sunset cruises. The house was well-stocked and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The internet was fast enough for our needs, and there was even a printer available. As others have mentioned, it was also in a convenient location - very close to town but also quiet. We spent a long weekend here and felt so relaxed when we left. We would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful lakefront home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and could not have asked for a better rental house on the lake. The deck, the views, the hottub all added to the experience. We would love to rent this house again!

The property overall is great. We love the location being in downtown. You can walk to the grocery store or around the small town. The cove is very nice and has limited boat traffic. The hot tub was a plus. Our family spent many hours playing in the lake- love the lake ladder (metal steps). We had four adults and one child and had plenty of room. However, six adults would be a little crowded for my taste. I would recommend the property and we would rent again.

We did a girl’s weekend at this property and had such a lovely time! House was clean and had detailed instructions about anything you would need to know. Lake was beautiful and the hot tub was fun for the chilly mornings. House is right next to the town so easy walk to grocery store or awesome weekend night live music!

We wanted a cozy place by the water and this home was spot on. It was conveniently located so we were close to town. All the amenities listed were in perfect working order. It rained nearly the whole time we were there but the views with the clouds and rain were gorgeous and serene.

My husband and I were looking for a small house on the lake close to the venue where our friends daughter was getting married. This home was perfect. Check in process was simple. We almost didn't rent this home due to lack of communication with the owner. After 3 attempts to ask questions we finally received a response. We decided to go ahead and rent. The process was simple. Once we received notice for the name and number of their house concierge she was very responsive to my questions. The house is located just one block from the town center so great location to restaurants etc.. The house has everything you need. The view is nice. Love the hot tub. The house next door is really close so I would recommend putting up screening between the two properties. We would have liked privacy on the deck and in the hot tub. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars was due to lack of communication, and the master toilet was dirty when we arrived.

Very well stocked home with everything we needed for a restful getaway with fantastic views of Lake Chatuge. Well located within walking distance of Town Center in Hiawasse, Georgia. The owner answered all of our questions, and was very receptive.

This property is lovely and just as described. The deck and boat dock are both wonderful and much of our free time was spent on one or the other. The house is comfortable and well appointed - additional serving bowls and scent-free laundry detergent would be appreciated.. Otherwise it was a perfect place to relax and play. I tried to book again for September but alas, there were no vacancies for my time period.

The house is in a fantastic location that's close to the town, while far enough away to remain quiet. It's clean, organized, and well stocked with all of the modern conveniences of a home away from home. We loved it-cold lake and all!

This was our third visit to this wonderful vacation rental. The home was perfect for our family of four and we enjoyed the lake, dock, hot tub, and location. Wonderful home and great owner!

Place was awesome and so pleasant to reside in for several days. Perfect getaway with nice outdoor seating and right on the lake. Take advantage of the constant breeze but also plenty of places to sit with shade from the sun. House is set up nicely and feels spacious. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Being here in the winter, we didn't use a number of the amenities, but enjoyed the space overall. It was a pleasant place for my wife and I to get a change of pace, with a nice view.

Amazing property and lake/mountain views! Was the perfect house for our family and everyone enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, fishing off the dock and kayaking. We will definitely come back!

Super location. Great view of Brasstown Bald! The hot tub makes it special. Really great spot on the lake in addition to being downtown Hiawassee on a very quiet street. Plenty of room on the driveway to manage the boat trailer. Deep water at the dock - the tie up was great; the rain does drain off the roof into the boat; no problem with the top on the boat. Marina with gas is close. Launch ramp is close. Sufficient good restaurants. Eclipse Fine Dining Restaurant was A++. The house is lovely and worked great. Excellent for two couples. Priscilla, the Evolve representative was totally fabulous. We hope we can rent again.

The views from the dock, porch, and even the couch were immaculate! This is a wonderful property and the photos don’t do the views justice. It’s on a quieter cove but with views of the more traversed area of the lake. The grill was great and the hot tub perfect; the master shower was also incredible. Great property for a few days with my fiancé. Kitchen was well-stocked, open concept was great for hanging, and the property is just a few minutes from Ingles. If I HAD to point out a negative, it could’ve used a chair or two out on the dock, though we simply brought our own chairs. We definitely would stay here again, especially for the price.

Wanting to book again this Labor Day, great place and would recommend to anyone wanting a clean, warm home with the best view I’ve seen in years!!!

My wife and I wanted some time on the water and this place delivered and then some. Very nice deep water dock. Accommodating for a multi-day boat rental. Very clean, very cute and the owner is extremely pleasant. Will DEFINITELY be back. In fact I’d like to buy it.
