The lift was convenient.

The bathroom was dirty, and shower flooded whole of floor making it very unsafe and slippery. There was absolutely no room complimentary facilities ie. Kettle. We arrived at 11.00pm , very tired and weary from our flight and was unable to make even a cup of tea or coffee, nothing, there was a broken and wonky valet table, that had definately seen better days. Found it a noisy location, neighbourhood, car horns and disturbance throughout the night. Thank goodness we were only staying one night. The room was definately not worth how much it cost to stay.

Hotel Cactus is a good place near the airport for a night or two. I received what I paid for.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was bad.

We had a late hospital trip and our flight was also delayed. We had a very long stressful say and the man at the desk on the evening of 17/9 made us feel so much better.ade us hot drinks even though the bar was closed, took us in after check out hours and even made us laugh. The rooms were satisfactory to what we needed for a night. My mum wasn't sure about staying in a 2 star however she was pleasantly surprised. We didn't have much of the breakfast as we needed a quick start but it was everything you could basically want. Bacon, eggs, pancakes, fruit, salad and yoghurt. Basic coffee but it was all we could've needed for an emergency night. Thank you so much!

its almost that the the pictures at the booking site and the actual place are two different places… but you get what you pay for… in our room the tap was broken the tv remote had one batterie, the balcony door was almost not working. walls are thin people arguing and chatting at the corridors and partying, yelling and night swimming even at 3 am….so not for family vacation hotel.

it was very clean and simple. we had half board and it was great

The reception was very helpful and pleasant when I first arrived.

They were pretty rude at breakfast. I came down at 9 and got myself something to eat but went back up at 9:25 to grab a yogurt and orange juice. The woman stopped me saying I couldn't have it because they closed at 9:30. I still had 5 minutes left was hardly causing them any issues by having a yogurt. They still allowed another group to carry on serving themselves more breakfast. I felt quite unwelcome, particularly as I was staying on my own.

It was good location,a bit out from the big Center.

Neighbourhood and the parking was just like that on the street,whereever you leave it.

I liked so much this hotel, very friendly staff, nice and clean, good location! I highly recommend!
