Location good to get around
Booked a room with parking and pool albeit in haste. Parking was 15e per day Pool was 25e per person per day. Felt a but ripped

Comfortable bed, great shower, good breakfast and beautifully decorated hallways and breakfast room. Location across from the water was excellent, as was the rooftop patio.
Smoking was allowed on the premises and the room was a little dark. The wattage of the bulbs was insufficient.

The location was excellent, right in the edge of town looking over the water and a short walk form the public garage.
Also the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, very friendly and accommodating. We were able to use the spa facilities at the sister property the day of our arrival and they were able to get us in for a private visit to the Turkish bath plus a massage.
We originally were meant to stay at the sister property but were swapped a few days prior due to renovations. This wasn’t a problem but we still went to breakfast each day across the way.

The air conditioner in the room is a bit problematic, probably because it is a large space. and recommend booking the rooms facing the sea.

Location was great, away from the busy area - lovely and quiet and right next to the coast. Hotel was clean and relaxing.
2 points:
- The room was unnecessarily full of little notices about what to do and not to do......dont open window with curtains closed, dont overfill kettle etc. This is treating guests like this is a B&B rather than a hotel. People are adults.
- Breakfast not served until 8am! I had to leave at 7:30 and no real effort was made to help me at least get a coffee.

Great location with easy access to core of the island, but slightly off the beaten track to avoid crowds and noise. Breakfast was typical Italian breakfast in a pleasant room. Servers were very pleasant and front desk staff was extremely helpful. Terrace overlooking see was fantastic.

Hotel was beautiful and having nuns on the reception desk on the evening was a surprise and quite delightful!
It would have been nice to have had tea making facilities in the room. For the price of the room I would have expected it. But that is my only criticism!

Nice location for our purpose. Breakfast was reduced because of Covid 19 restrictions. Room was nice although the weather was terrible: water leaked through windows. Staff helped as good as they could.

The location is excellent and the room is super clean and comfortable. You can reach all cool ortigia spots by foot. It is hard to find a place to park but this is true everywhere in the island.

Breakfast was miserable and the room was not pleasant. They had a small tv in the room and the location of the bedroom left much to be desired. There is too much clutter in all public areas. Staff need to be more upbeat and pleasant and assist with a smile as opposed to work being a dreadful chore.
