My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! It is located directly on the beach and the view is excellent. The house was very clean and large enough to easily accommodate our party of 13. We will stay again in the future!

This was a great house. Only bad part was there are public walkways on both sides of house so noise is a constant. Everything else was great. Would rent again!

Property was perfect for a reunion of my cousin and I, along with our two elderly moms who had not seen each other for many years. Large home, plenty of room, great kitchen. The view of the water was perfect and beautiful (not hidden by sand dune). Owner was very gracious over text. Thanks for a fun stay.

We absolutely loved this house! There was plenty of room for everyone and the back porch was a favorite spot in the evenings. There was plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking. We lived the quietness of being on the end. The house was very clean and roomy. Melanie Henderson

We arrived at the end of the Thunderbeach Motorcycle Rally and thoroughly enjoyed seeing all of the motorcycles. The house and property is INCREDIBLE and very spacious. This home can easily and comfortably accommodate a large extended family. Had everything you could possibly imagine needing at the house and it’s close to everything! The beds and bedding were so comfortable which was great after a long day of enjoying the beach and seeing beautiful Panama City Beach. Loved the ice maker! The washer and dryer were new and great to have. Thankfully I didn’t see any bugs in the house as that would’ve been a dealbreaker for me. The decor is adorably done in 50’s aesthetic with fun family photos and history about the house and PCB. My history buff husband loved it! It was fun to watch the tiny lizards, pelicans and other wildlife from the patio. We saw dolphins from the patio our last day and the highlight of the trip was swimming with a group of devil rays at sunset right in front of the house! The owners were great to work with and very accommodating for our week. Would absolutely return to this house and highly recommend it!

Home was mostly clean but furniture is old and needs updating. I knew it was the week of Thunder Bay but didn’t realize how close the property was to the road and bar. Impossible to sleep until after midnight. Light switch in front left bedroom will shock you. Saw a few roaches! The beach was great and a wonderful view.

We had a wonderful vacation at this property and would highly recommend it. Great location!

This is the second year in a row we have stayed here. We had a great relaxing time. The owner Mary Anne is wonderful!! The house is huge and has everything you need and the location is perfect!!! We will be coming back next year!

We loved our stay in this classic old beach home. It was so spacious and well equipped. The view of the ocean was spectacular! The home was really clean and Mary Anne texted to check on us the first night and sent someone over the next morning to repair the microwave that we couldn’t get to heat. He replaced it with a brand new one. We loved the layout of the home and the size of the bedrooms and living spaces. We want to rent it again next year. Also, the towels were very luxurious and thick.

My family and I stayed the second week of October, we try to come every year for Fall Break. I am so glad we found this beach home. Mary Anne is so nice and accommodating. The house has so much space everyone was comfortable. The retro decor and history of the house is so interesting.. We had a wonderful and relaxing time!!! I look forward to coming back next year!!!!!

We have stayed here several times now and have made this our place to go. It is able to handle large groups. We love this house and will stay here each year as long as we can.

We absolutely loved every detail of this property. This home was roomy enough to accommodate 3 families of 4 without any of us feeling cramped. The location and easy access to the beach, are one of the most appealing benefits of this property!!! Mary Anne was absolutely wonderful to work with and easily accessible if needed. Stop looking now, if your dates of travel are open, BOOK immediately, you will LOVE this home!!! We have already started making plans for our return visit!!! ❤️

The home was more than I expected in so many ways. Much larger, much homier, much much more! We took our children, grandchildren, other family members and friends for our 20th Anniversary vow renewal and it was perfect for us. Plenty of room. Well stocked. Comfortable for everyone from a 3 year old to age 69.

This has been the best family week vacation. All 9 of us had a wonderful time. This place has everything you need except not enough wall outlets. Lol other than that...we loved this place!!!!

This house may be described as an older one but don't let that bother you. It is a wonderful house. . . .spacious, comfortable, clean, organized, well furnished and the kitchen, wow! We cooked and grilled several meals and there was a tool for every need. I have NEVER stayed in a rental that was so thoughtfully and thoroughly furnished. We enjoyed mornings on the back patio which was furnished with plenty of chairs for everyone. We enjoyed evenings there also watching the sunsets. It was a perfect view of the beach without having to get in the sand although we did some of that too. The sun porch provides a wonderful beach view for times when not wanting to be out in the sun or rain. We all enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Mary Anne provided great communication. We have absolutely no complaints about our week there!

A really nice house.

Our family of 11, 3 generations, ages 9-70, had a fantastic week at Anrica. The wall hangings led us to googling where we discovered historical facts about the area, and a connection to the family who own the house. The house is well equipped to meet the needs of any cook. The ice machine was a definite plus. The beds were comfy. The covered parking was great. The large concrete beachside porch allowed for lots of time together playing cornhole games. We bought some cheap tiki torches to use in the built in holders. We always look for a house beachside so that we can walk right out the door with our coffee each morning. Everyone agreed, we need to try to get this one for our next trip!!

We had a wonderful week with all 13 of us enjoying everything from a great house, plenty of room, and furnished nicely with everything needed in the kitchen. Only a short walk to an uncrowded beach. The water was beautiful and sand was brilliantly white. We loved the layout with the sunporch and patio with fabulous view. Only a day of bad weather with Tropical Storm Cindy. The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. Our stay was highlighted by everyone receiving tee shirts commemorating the happy event wth all the family together. I highly recommend this wonderful vacation home.

The house is perfectly designed to accommodate several families but also provide privacy when necessary. The house was clean and well kept, with everything you need to enjoy the beach which spectacular by the way. The owner was very easy to work with and responded to questions and inquiries quickly. Parking was very good with covered room for 3 full sized vehicles. We would highly recommend this house, this was one of the best vacations we have ever had. Our group is planning to return again we enjoyed our stay so much.

My family of 7 just returned from our stay in this cozy and roomy beach house. We usually stay in condos on the beach. I am now spoiled to a house. MaryAnne has equipped her home with everything you need. We were so comfortable in this home. Every time I opened a kitchen cabinet I gave her a compliment. There is so much room and lots of areas to hang out in. We enjoyed hanging out in the carport as well as the nicely equipped patio beachside. It was so nice to come off the beach and shower outside without waiting in line or waiting for a slow moving elevator. This end of the beach was not crowed at all.
