The staff were really cheerful and helpful. The room was large and well furnished. Nice en suite. Breakfast was OK.

Not a particularly nice area. We arrived late evening and there were no spaces in the car park, so we had to park in the street, which meant moving the car in the morning to avoid a ticket.

Very noisy the room Friday night. Many people are shouting in the street. The bathroom door closes very loudly.

Hotel next door to a night club, blasting music and people shouting till 5am, customer service wasn't great and the breakfast was absolutely awful, sausages weren't even cooked.

The property was advised as having car parking but there was only 3 spaces on the side of the building and they were all full. The property was advertised with restaurant facilities and once I booked it they informed me that the restaurant was only open at weekends. I have requested a full refund as this was mis-sold to me.

This hotel is a Gem, really lovely rooms, spacious, very clean and tidy

The staff in general don't care. No intercom- so you need to go reception to order room service!! Air con keep making noises- in both my booked rooms- no complaint resolution. It wasn't working either- I found out later on- we had to ask for separate heaters for keeping us warm. No fridge Only shower gel and towel in bathroom. For a 4 star hotel !! Not happy at all- I didn't even bother to stay for my full booked nights, moved to another place to complete my holidays. Not going again ever. They only seem to be focused on their restaurant- staff ready for arguments if you complain !! Even the restaurant was closed for dinner one day during my stay- so we had to order a takeaway.!! No consideration for babies- they denied to warm milk for baby at 10pm !! Kitchen closed. !! 9am breakfast wrapped up. I don't know how long they are going to go on like this.

it was bloody freezing, no proper heating in the room, a piddly little convection heater in place & I suspect the fuse had been taken out of the power supply to the heating control!.. sad really as it was a really nice room
