Very nice view and friendly host

View was fantastic, owners were superb. Transportation is limited without a car. Do not walk back from Lecco.

Highly recommended place to stay and chill. The view is outstanding! Each room has balcony, fronting the lake and mountains. Because of it's location the hotel area is so quite and charm. The hotel is managed by a lovely couple, Christina and Saint Carlo! they are both purely welcoming and kind and always available. Breakfast was complete and delicious, served overlooking the lake! For ones who doesn't come to stay with a vehicle or bike, there are a bus-stop 6mins away by walking from the hotel which the busses V1 & V2 rich you to Lecco train station and reverse, another bus takes you to beautiful Bellagio and reverse.

Immaculately clean. Slept well.. Spacious bedroom & bed comfortable with starched white sheets. & towels. Patio spacious with stunning views of the lake. Very peaceful location. Centrally heated nice & warm in February. Photo is the view from our patio. Bus stop nearby to Lecco Town train or other areas of the lake. No need for hire car

Not being able to make hot drinks in our room. Coffee/ tea facilities in room would have been nice

Nice hotel, though decor is perhaps a little dated. Good breakfasts and car parking available beside the hotel

Location is perhaps a little isolated - you really need a car - as it is between Bellagio and Lecco though the views over the Lake are lovely. The road to Bellagio is very narrow in places though the town is nice once you get there!

amazing warm couple !

The location is amazing, I had the lake view room. The Breadfast is very good. Room is clean. The owners are friendly and do their best to make you enjoy your trip. Definitely, coming back again. The location is close to Valmadra ferry station by 500m, and also the bus to Lecco station is like 7-10 min walk, however not that frequent, taxi to lecco station is like 20-27 Euro.

Fantastic location and very accomodating, friendly, helpful owners. Great base to explore łąkę Como and other places, easy access by road to Bellagio and very close to Lecco.

Lovely shot stay. Very warm welcome from the owners who couldn't do enough for you. Beautiful peaceful situation right on the lake. Shame the hotel restaurant wasn't open (our February visit was out of season) but again excellent advice from the owners for the best choice of restaurant within walking distance.
