Стилът на стаята, удобни легла

Мръсотия в стаята, подът не беше почистен, когато се настанихме, помолихме да почистят, увериха ни, че ще се погрижат и така си остана. Освен това в стаята нямаше чехли и не давали, трябва или да си носите или да цапате чорапите или да ходите с обувки, защото и без това е мръсноНа третия ден се появи една чистачка, която най-накрая забърса тоя мръсен под, но за съжаление една птичка пролет не прави. Банята беше в мухъл, крайно неподдържана, терасата беше също мръсна. Храната беше много ниско качество, оскъден избор, след 9 не зареждат бюфета, всичките видове колбаси бяха кучешки. Също така портиерът ме върна още при пристигането ни с думите, че трябва да си намерим друг паркинг, защото на хотелския нямало място. Съответно трябваше да спра колата на майната си и да вървим по баира всеки ден. Като цяло някой е вкарал пари да се изгради новата част, но от там нататък неподдържането й и немърливостта на персонала са довели до този краен резултат.

The hotel literally left me and my family on the street - they said they gave my room to someone else. I had to find accommodation at 21:30. The hotel manager was appalling, tried to trick me into cancelling my reservation myself, so he won't be liable. I stayed there, trying to call booking's support, because I assumed the manager would claim we never showed up.

The property was spacious, had a relatively big swimming pool and an ok sort of garden place. It has a parking space which is just dirt and can be rough, an outside bar and a restaurant.

While it had all of the above it didn’t seem like anyone was taking care of the sun loungers and the outside infrastructure. The parking was all dirt and was unpleasant to drive on. I highly doubt the place deserves its 4 stars, our bathroom systematically was not cleaned by the staff and the AC hadn’t been cleaned judging by the big lump of dust in it.

Nice location, nice swimming pool and staff was friendly.

Breakfast was not that great and the room had some defects ( broken locks, toilet loose and window not closing )

I had to pay for the car park. The pool needs a bit of work because some tiles are missing.

Large comfortable room. Very clean. Excellent breakfast with plenty of home made bakery and patisserie. Good, reasonably priced restaurant. The location is not ideal, as it is just next to the road, but all else is fine.
