Traditional hotel but recently renovated, comfortable and central

Very spacious room, nice room with a view, extremely helpful staff

A/C was nor doing the job properly so it’s a main downside as the weather was hot. The hotel is located perfectly but it cries for refurbishment.

We arrived late due to additional Covid 19 restrictions at the airport, the hotel reception was excellent and when they realised we would have to leave very early the next morning to get an early flight they arranged for a Taxi and for a packed breakfast as we would miss the breakfast at the hotel. Excellent service.

The location is right in the city center, a few minutes of walking to all good restaurants. The room was bigger than expected and the bathroom was very nice, also cleaned on a daily basis.

The matress is not good quality. Our backs ached after every night. Parking is very complicated in the city center and you have to park your car sooner in the afternoon to get a spot nearby the hotel and you also have to pay for it. The breakfast was not very good.

The location was very central in Ponta Delgada and close to the marina. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean.

The breakfast was horrible. Due to covid there was only one lady handing out all the items, guests chose from the buffet. That took very long. Juices were always watery. Scrambled eggs were made out of that finished product powder instead of real eggs. Therefore the hotel was too expensive.

Everything. The rooms are very spacious and the mattresses of great quality. Everything worked perfectly and with high hygiene standards, including breakfast. Will stay here again without a doubt.

Nothing to note. Everything was really good.

The location is ideal for visiting the town. We checked out before breakfast so they made up a breakfast bag for us to take to the airport.

Very nice, traditional hotel in the city centre. Rich breakfast buffet with local bread and jam. Helpful and very friendly stuff.

The only thing I missed was a water cooker and some tea bags in the room. And the fridge of the minibar was really noisy, so I had to unplug it to be able to sleep.

Location is good. Quite quiet. Stayed before so know what to expect.

Breakfast is rubbish!
