The breakfast was amazing a great choice of menu and well cooked too plus all the other bits could not fault it. All staff and management were polite and helpful at all times ,my wife and I had a great week thank you see you next year.
The stairs but that’s just me. I have booked for next year two floors below.

The hotel is not very modern but probably on a par with many others on the Island. It is definitely not a 3 star hotel. Food not great either.

Location. Breakfast. Staff very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Hotel and bedroom clean, airy and comfortable.

Warm welcome from host and all staff were friendly and helpful. Eating breakfast on the verandah at this hotel is one of the highlights of my holiday. It's just yards from Shanklin Chine which is an atmospheric gorge with ponds and waterfalls.

It was the best we have experienced anywhere.

In a great location and we had a sea view room, despite booking late. Well presented and well maintained.
Hotel team were great, friendly and helpful. Food was good (breakfast and some tea and snacks).
Good overall value for money and would recommend this location, plus, if we return to the Isle, would happily stay there again.

Location of hotel excellent with stunning views over Sandown Bay, close to shanklin old village.

1£ extra for an espresso when the rest (worth ~12£ apparently) feels very odd.
