Love the pools and the beach

I was able to get checked in early and the view and some of the staff was amazing I love that I could go to the beach or pool

I enjoyed everything but that one day I bought a bottle /liquor from a local store and brought it inside and had near pool and they told me I couldn’t have it in their hotel I was bit confused but other than that was great

The property was beautiful and perfect. The beach right in the back which was amazing, the food delicious, & next to a lot of local businesses, about 15mins away from the airport was perfect ! Definitely coming back !

The property was really clean and the room but the maintenance cleaning could have been a little better since we stayed for a few days.

We liked the hotel, but would like it to be an all inclusive resort

Las habitaciones son bonitas y cómodas, el hotel es bonito, elegante, tiene un casino adentro, tiene estacionamiento pagado, hay servicio al cuarto, el café de la habitación es rico.

La playa es muy movida no se recomienda meterse, así que no disfruté la playa.

This is a beautiful resort in an ideal location. The staff are fantastic and a pleasure to talk to for places to go and to learn about the culture.

VERY EXPENSIVE! After resort fees the cost was about $450 a night. That's a lot for a small room with no balcony and a tiny bathroom. The bed was comfortable and if you want an early night, the TV has full cable and streaming services. The main pool is a decent size but the other 2 pools are pretty small, especially by the beach. There were several days when children had taken over the small pool. Obviously this isn't the resort's fault, but be aware. Be aware that the bar closes at Midnight most nights, no exceptions. Not idea. Drinks are very expensive but good. I suppose that's the norm at "higher end" resorts..

Habitaciones extremadamente pequeñas, la limpieza no es muy buena esta fue mi segunda vez dándole la oportunidad pero no vuelvo la limpieza es pésima, y la relación precio calidad no están acorde !!!

Pool and beach facilities

We were upgraded to a suite for free, but it was facing a construction sight, with lots of noise and no beach views. We would have been better off with our original booking

The service and the staff were phenomenal. Everyone was very helpful and very attentive. The facilities were clean and well decorated. This resort had multiple bars, pools, and restaurants with beautiful views and relaxing scenery.

I stayed in the standard King room. I thought it was small and outdated. I was not a fan of my room, but the beautiful balcony and view made up for it. They do however have upgraded suites which I would highly recommend.

The views of the beach, the pools were immaculate, the staff was very helpful and professional. The food at all restaurants and coffee shop was delicious. Yoga on the beach was fun and very relaxing. This resort is amazing 😊

The humidity in the room was annoying even with the air conditioner on. The refrigerator was not very cold. The elevator doors closed extremely quick and I was caught in the door and had to stop it very quickly and it bruised my arm. Maybe a sign in the elevator would warn guests about how fast the doors close would be a good idea.

me encanto la ubicacion del hotel, comodo, habia mucha gente, personal muy agradable, el cuarto muy bien equipado. las amenitis muy buenas. un poco caotico el fin de senmana por la discoteca.

hubo mucha gente durante mi estadia en todas partes, los complimentary drinks eran limitados. los porteros en lo discoteca un tanto antipaticos, los baños del lobby muy sucios, no se si es porque estaban al lado de la discoteca y era fin de semana.

Really good location! Hotel is really nice and as everything inside that is needed. We were visiting the island and didn't get to try everything out but still had a look around.

Starting to need a few renovation/maintenance works. But again, Hotel is really good and this is only a suggestion, not a complaint! ☺️

Views were incredible, heated pool, staff was helpful. Rooms are large.

Location is in a very busy area, if you enjoy night life this is a good place. We were given the wrong room at check-in and had to wait until 5pm the following day to move. The air conditioner cooled during the day pretty well but at night we had to sleep with no sheets or blanket as it heated up fairly quickly and wouldn't lower. Beach at the resort is definitely not the best to swim but there are others in the area that are more suitable for swimming.

All great nothing to complain about

The ocean view was nice. I did love that the hotel was directly on the beach. Pools were also good and casino location was good.

Hard to describe, but never felt staff was welcoming or cared if we stayed there or not. Pricing of the hotel as well as the food and drinks was too much. $20 for a Jack and Coke - really? $10 for oatmeal. For $550 a night one would think you might get a free welcome drink. Nope - we received a tiny sample of sherbet. Tried to sign up for Yoga, but they would not accept reservations the same day.

Facility and position of Hotel is really nice. Strange birds noise was keeping me awake.

They don’t accept Euro cash at reception and the WiFi internet was weak…

Lovely hotel, excellent restaurants, pools and the beach. Parking is very convenient.

There was some water dripping from the ceiling during the rain.

Staff didn’t care and said some mean things to us like did you already come for breakfast when we didn’t as if we can eat so many times within an hour . Paying huge amounts and they think we get greedy for $20

Los niños en la piscina donde se ubica el DJ tirandose corriendo desde cierta distancia salpicando a los que estan a su alrededor hablando y pasando un momento relax.

Nothing. You get there and the staff is stuck up and rude. It’s like they don’t want to help you at all. You check in, and they told us that they cant guarantee what booking sells to us as far as room location, and amenities. Told us “it’s not guaranteed” Solera was delicious every time we ate there. Food is HOT and so fresh. So very good. Room service staff and housekeeping is awesome!

Everything. They also don’t tell you the wing they stick you in (I called them the “booking.com/third party app rooms) are “under renovation” so the jacuzzi tub didn’t work. Full Day 1 : discovered the Fans in the bathroom don’t work (fire alarm went off in our room because of the hot steam from the shower. I had to call twice and listen to it scream for 15 mins before anyone arrived. Maintenance came up, removed something off the wall, put the box back up and left a mess all over the floor Night #2 - no hot water- took cold showers. Called no one showed up to figure it out so we gave up waiting and went to bed. Day/Night #3 - left the property longer today got back so late just went to bed Day/Night #4 - middle of a shower and the water completely turned off. My fiancé stood there covered in soap,I had to call down stairs twice to get someone to come up. They left us sitting with dry soap all over for twenty mins before anyone showed up. And I had to call twice. Second time I called they acted surprised which tells me the first woman did nothing. Day/night 5: water was brown and remained that way for two days. Us only noticing the second day. They keep telling us to let it run but 🤷🏽‍♀️ it never fixed so we are taking cool showers. Day/night 6: a group of 3 got head young me. Arrived got drunk from the point they arrived to 4 am (we saw one making a scene in the resort, he also came kicking our room door and would not stop at 4 am on the morning of our departure. I jumped up was screaming for him to stop. I went to look out the peep hole he covered it with his finger. So I opened the door naked scared and confused and that’s when he realized he was at the wrong door. He was violent and rude. Security came up, I told them which way he went and was told “yes, this happens with guests sometimes they get so drunk they forget the rooms they are in” which definitely concerned me.

It was so nice the people where so nice as well and it was clean
