This was a great hotel. The staff was kind and accommodating when we inquired about an early check in. The pool was a highlight for my children! It is in a nice location, close to the airport, right across the street to the beach, and an easy Uber ride to Old San Juan. A very comfortable stay!

This property is perfectly located for travelers who enjoy days at the beach and urban landscapes! The hotel happy hour was perfectly priced, and the pizza restaurant was easygoing with lots of options. The pool area is not too extravagant or large but it is heated. If you are a person who is frequently in and out of your room for rest/relaxation/breaks - it’s best to reach out to the front desk and request a specific time frame for room cleaning. Any travel necessities are easily obtained at the Walgreens a fee blocks away and there is a bus stop right outside the door.

Location is right on the street/very busy and there are lots of cars zooming in and out. Less of a property complaint and more of a warning.

The furnishings were great, the bed comfy, even the paint and decor was nicely done, not slapped on and banged up like other places in same price range.

The bathroom light and fan come on automatically when you walk in. The fan is very loud, so a middle of the night bathroom visit is likely to wake your roommate. Couldn't just turn on a light without the fan.

The property was nice and good value. The rooms looked updated and were comfortable. The balcony was very nice with a great view, but wished there were a couple of chairs, so one can sit outside.

The elevators were slow. I almost missed my Uber because the elevators took too long. The staff was not helpful and did not give me a rundown of the facility and other items for my stay. The breakfast buffet was overpriced. The restaurant/bar had inconsistent hours.
