Good location with respect to our professional visits. Very near from downtown and transport can take you everywhere easily and rapidly. The breakfast is good and copious. However, servings before 7h30 are impossible, which was a bit of a hindrance for us as far as our professional visits are concerned. One time we had to go out very early. Sandwiches were refused, whereas this breakfast time was counted in the price! Too bad! But won’t hold any grudge!

The trash was not changed in the 4 nights of our stay!

De locatie van het hotel is goed. Op 5 tot 10 minuten lopen van het hotel ligt een tram halte, met een directe lijn van ongeveer 10 minuten naar Mala Strana. Hier zijn eigenlijk alle bezienswaardigheden en activiteiten in de buurt.

Onze kamer zat op de 6e verdieping, en de lift was buiten werking gedurende ons volledige verblijf... De bedden waren enorm ingezakt en slap. We hebben niet lekker kunnen slapen. Verder spreekt het personeel alleen Tsjechisch, wat de communicatie soms moeilijk maakt.

What I liked the most is the hotel location, It's near the centre. The hotel is also very approachable to tram stations that lead to places in Prague and there are lots of markets and stores around. Staff was kind, breakfast was fine/acceptable and you can also leave your stuff at the hotel when you leave It the last day and want to visit the city for the last time. Has the good Wi-Fi network.

Our room was not that clean, especially beds. The room was also very narrow and there was not that much of a space to move freely through the room. Just not comfortable as I expected.

There are amazing stuff , specially Erika who is so kind, helpful, friendly and polite. Thanks for making me stay more happy .

Reception is not 24hr, you can’t find any staff for help after they close. The room is not clean, the bed has unknown hairs, the carpet is dirty too. There is no place to hang the shower in the bathroom, and the pendant is old and falling off. Don't expect anything from breakfast, the bread is not fresh and the cutlery is not clean.

The hotel is located in a quiet and well communicated area. I had a pleasant stay. The price included breakfast and towels. I would choose it again for sure! Thank you :)
