Walking distance from city centre. Breakfast provided; cereal, toast etc. Onsite parking.

Accommodation is advertising free parking - that’s why I booked this one. However there was no parking and I had to pay on the street. Toilet is not useable if you are above 160cm tall

I stayed at Kilbree house for the same price with breakfast, coffee, tea, kettles, hairdryer, all included in the same price , the bathroom urgently needs a deep cleaning, I can indicate one by the way, the shower was very dirty, mold, grimy, disgusting.

close to Eyre Square and the bus and train stations. staff was great. rooms a little cozy but that’s to be expected at most B&B’s. place was clean and well maintained. I would go back

Ireland has gone an expensive place to visit. Part of the joy of B&B. is the cooked breakfast but wasn’t available here, that suits some people but we’re all different. Did’nt spoil my stay though.

The location and the set up was great.

I dropped my phone at the side of the bed and had to move it to get it out. It was filthy.

In my room you could hear every drop of the rain during the night, so it was a bad night for me. Besides that, everything was OK

Separate suite. Large room. Comfy beds. Not a true breakfast but a nice assortment of rolls, cereal and yogurt. Plenty to start your day.

Tight parking area. Guests had to juggle cars to get in and out.

Conventient location within walking distance of downtown, quiet and comfortable. There is a small parking lot in front of the Guesthouse and we were trying to park in the last spot.. it was extremely tight so the owner guided us into the spot and even finished parking the car for us.. It was insane but he was an awesome driver, clearly very experienced in this sort of thing! :) Breakfast was very good, and the breakfast room was actually much prettier than what is shown on the web. They renovated it beautifully. It wasn't "cheap" since we booked last minute during high season, but it was very good.
