Breakfast starts at 8am. I would prefer 7 am.

Spacious room, comfortable beds, tidy bathroom. Great infrared sauna. There are places around to take a walk and have a good meal.

The breakfast could have been more abundant and varied.

The staff was friendly and the location great. The room was very clean, but cramped and smelled rather strongly of cleaned toilet.

We reserved a room with a double bed and single beds for the kids. The price we found a bit high, but given the location, the spacious room and the "fabulous" breakfast, we chose to book. The room had four single beds and barely any room to move about. It was located in the third floor directly under the roof, so in essence we could not stand straight, nor did the kids have any room to move about. The bathroom was tiny. It all would have been fine for half the price, but 130 euros?

The location was fine. The breakfast was quite good.

The online payment for the hotel stay was highly unconventional, and unacceptable. Having been deducted 50% of the full charge a few days after my online booking, which was in itself fine, I was charged the FULL amount upon arrival at the hotel, with the promise that the initial 50% charge would immediately be cancelled. This is a bizarre way of receiving payment from a hotel, and it's the first time I have experienced it....unacceptable. This means that I am out of pocket by 50% of the total charge, for no good reason, because the 'cancellation of the initial deduction' never took place. The hotel has no right to withhold this money; surely it is more agreeable to deduct 50% after booking (if necessary), and then the guest pays the OTHER 50% when they check in. Surely, surely this is more appropriate, or am I missing something!
