I recently had the pleasure of staying at pal heights Bhubaneswar, and I must say it was a delightful experience. Here's my review of the hotel: Location: The hotel is conveniently situated in a prime location of Bhubaneswar, It's also close to shopping centers and entertainment options, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. Accommodation: The rooms at Hotel pal heights were spacious, well-designed, and impeccably clean. The comfortable beds and high-quality linens provided a restful and rejuvenating sleep experience. The rooms were equipped with modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV, minibar, and a well-appointed bathroom. Service: The hotel staff displayed exemplary professionalism and hospitality throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and assisted with my luggage. The front desk staff were knowledgeable and efficient in handling check-in and check-out procedures.

Please improve your maintenance... AC not calling properly Please check it and all over things like food,staff behavior excellent,I visit again Keep it up👍

Courteous staff. Neat and clean. Spacious room. Fitting and furniture good.Nicely done up property with spacious rooms and good quality linen and decor. The toilet, shower and powder room were intelligently designed. Airconditioner functions well. Good view. Upgraded my room without asking. Provided cocounut water in my room which is first time ever. Recommended for anyone. Breakfast spread was quite good and tasty. Food quality was excellent.

very bad experience.

We had booked presidential suite for two nights. on first night AC was not working in the bedroom and we complained but nobody turned up to fix it. next day we went out and asked them to fix it during the day. On return situation was same. also house keeping did not replace the bathroom stuffs. Money wasted!!

Booked a suite room. Paid 8K per night. The room was pathetic. Very low standards and poor maintenance

Very good property in BBSR in a great location. Staff is sincere and courteous as expected. Standard of facilities has been maintained.Property is clean and spic and span. Buffet is decent. Rooms are adequately spacious. Had a beautiful view of the city from the room.
