Fantastisk sted, god beliggenhed. Smukke omgivelser, træer fugle vandløb. Aqua mundo er super godt vandland, og priserne i butikker og mad steder er ikke urimelige. Man må kun køre bil på området hvis man skal Læsse af eller på ved ankomst og afgang eller hvis man har handicap kort og det fungere. Sengene er meget meget faste at ligge på, så det skal du være til for at sove ordentlig. Husenes indretning er god.

Pga træer og vandløb er der rigtig mange myg og de var meget aggressive under vores ophold. Billederne der vises når du vil booke, viser hvad der er af aktiviteter, men sagen er at du skal betale for dem, de er ikke med I prisen og her er niveauet ret højt. Meget få aktiviteter som aqua mundo er dog med i prisen. Wcet er placeret separat fra badeværelset i et meget lille rum og er du over 2m høj kan du nok ikke være der.

The location

1 kilometer walk to the facilities!!!! No possible to trent a bicycle during the day and even to unpacked food!!! 1 towel per person for all week (or rent at 8 uros). The staff very glad to say no! And whisper behand you back (insulting) . Nobody is smiling at you like the kind of a robots. Last time for us and all our friends and all we know. It's not allowed to use a hat in the swimming pool!!!! For real.

The activity

The bungalow My reservation was garden view and they gave me lake view alot of bugs it was written that the bungalow renewed and vip and they do not change the bed sheets and towels especially for who stay more than 2 weeks in the same place and the wash machine was ver very far Also the price was very high for bungalow like that

The park is located in a beautiful forest with a good distance to most of Netherlands main attractions being less than 1.5 hours away in any direction. We enjoyed the resort itself and the facilities.

1) The park "free car" policy. You are allowed to enter once for check in and once for check out(theoratically since the park is full with parking cars inside, a few of handicapped but most are not). You're supposed to park the car outside in the parking lot and walk, which may be a significant distance, to your room or cottage no matter what. One day we went to Efteling which closes at 22:30 and arrived at the resort with 3 deeply sleeping young children at 00:30. The guard, Diana, which was very rude and unpleasent, did not care that we had to wake the 3 children and let them walk in the cold 1km to the room in the middle of the night. She forced us to do so instead of dropping them at the cottage and taking the car outside to the parking as we proposed. Therefore, since there is no basic common sense or humanity in the rules and staff of the resort I dont recommend it to anyone 2) Laundry - for a resort that has thousands of guests there are only 2 laundry amchines and 2 dryers and they are located in one of the furthestr points of the park. Its a real same for the park management. I asume it's done so guests will pay for the pricier laundry services. 3) Take into account that all additional activities are very pricey, especially for a family with several kids All in all, despite the facilities themselves and location being great, I deeply recommend you look for some place else since service is terrible and the price-return ratio is low.

Great place for kids to experience living in nature and to have many activities in one place

The parc was overall great. It's close by a marina with a few little beach spots. The aquamundo was really fun.

The parc is huge and we were stuck in zone 8 of 9. We had to walk a very long time to get anywhere. Our house was close to a little river which was nice but the mosquitoes were absolutely horrible. We couldn't sit outside or keep the door open as they would gather like an EDM festival.

Nothing

everything was dirty and it was soo cold that we had to leave two days before the end ! A TOTAL NIGHTMARE !! My daughter could not even play on the floor because of the dirt and the cold and got sick because it was a sensor system that could go as low as 12 degrees and not even higher than 18 IN THE MIDDLE OF WINTER !! The minimum should have been like 17 and max 22/23 !! The worst place ever to relax and have vacations !!
