Very nice location on the beach central to the town

The room they gave me had no coffee maker or fridge. Important items on a vacation. Had a view of the downtown area but almost nothing of a ocean view. Tv down here is lacking, barely 1 English Channel and that's CNN! Wifi in the room non existent unless u leaned out the window. Wouldn't return.

Location was good, on the beach. Staff were helpful and friendly.

No privacy between rooms. This wasn’t at all made clear on the website. Basically a few potted plants separated our outdoor dining/kitchen from our neighbours. There was a a lot of noise from discos in the area until 3 or 4 AM. Would need earplugs! Roperty was run down and needs work.

I complained a out a smell in bathroom, instantly i didnt even see staff call someone. they were there spraying n cleaning bathroom.

The location was amazing, the rooms were outfitted with all we needed and the staff was kind and helpful!

Price was not worth … room was not at all good … facilities that they offered was Wifi , TV and so on and we dint have these facilities at all.

Loved swimming at the beach.

Too many grackles in the palm trees and on the porches.

We are swimmers. The hotel is a gem: wonderful attentive staff, clean, with not too many gringos, in a comfortable town, on a wide sandy beach that is perfect for swimming (no surfboards--only an occasional banana and a couple jet skis). Shhhhh! Keep it a secret.

The location was fabulous. The rooms were very clean and comfy. Close to the beach which was beautiful.

Well, our second night, someone snuck into our room while we were sleeping and stole our cell phones and my friends purse which was lying by her head in the bed. Very scary. At 6am, we realized we were robbed. We then realized the window was open and neither one of us had opened it we were in the second floor with no outside access. The grass and flowers below had not been trampled. we ran to the front desk no one there, but the maintenance man was working we asked him to call the police. He asked why and then went back to the room with us. He was shocked and called the police for us. He returned to our room to tell us he had called the police and left a message for the manager. At 7am, no police, no manager. We went to the front desk and the staff person came to our room. He explained to us that he would call the police, his manager. Then write down the steps we needed to take. It seemed he had done this many times. Police never showed up. Manager NEVER attempted to contact us. Went to tourist police station to fill out a report. The man helping us said it sounded like an inside job. It is certainly what it felt like to us. We were very disappointed not to hear from the police OR the manager. The purse was found by a beach vendor on the beach at El Capitan. If the police OR manager had done their jobs, we would have had the purse returned right away. Fortunately, the beach vendor gave it to an ex pat who posted on facebook. Our friend saw the post and we were able to retrieve the purse a few days later. Cash and glasses missing, but passport in purse. Thank Goodness. We were upset that the police and manager did not do their jobs. We felt we were targeted as 2 older, single , American women. We also feel it was an inside job as the front desk staff new exactly what we needed to do to report it. There was never talk about any compensation for what we had to deal with!!!!

Been wanting to stay here for some time. It is always booked up. Enjoyed my stay and I am returning next year with my reservation with my family

Location was great. The pool and pool area was clean. Our room was very comfy and clean.

We liked everything! We will definitely be back! I totally recommend it. You get your money's worth.

Music at the pool was a little loud

The location is fabulous and our unit had amazing views.

The furniture was a little sparse and the cooking utensils very basic. Bring your own tea towels, coffee filters, good knives and paper towel if your planning to cook!
