La cabaña excepcional, enorme ,las vistas y la piscina pequeñita pero temperada muy placentera. El desayuno lo dejaron a la tarde y uno se lo prepara a la mañana.

Pasamos mucho frío porque los radiadores estaban helados. Corroboramos que pasaba agua caliente por la llave y purgamos el aire pero todos estaban fríos y la persona que nos atendió a la noche por WhatsApp nos informó que recién al día siguiente podrían revisar la calefacción. Yo solicité pan sin gluten para el desayuno pero no hay nadie en la cocina desde la tarde hasta las 9 am me informaron por teléfono.

Excelente atención, muy cómodo y el desayuno lo más. Muy seguro.

Todo, nos quedamos en el apart hotel en esta oportunidad, departamento completo con todo lo necesario. Personal súper amable y dispuesto a responder cualquier duda. La ubicación es ideal, lejas de Pucon como para descansar pero cerca a la vez para recorrer esta hermosa ciudad; ademas de estar cerca de algunas de las playas mas conocidas en la Ruta Villarrica - Pucon.

Solo pequeños detalles de gustos personales que no vale la pena nombrar.

La instalaciones y la vista son espectaculares. Buen camino. Amables. Amplió departamento con utensilios para cocinar. Instalaciones too hotel pero no las usamos. Parking gratis y buenas hora de checkout

Me gustó todo pero recomendaría cambiar los sartenes antiadherentes ya que hay que prepararse los huevos del desayuno y al menos que no se peguen. Siempre incluir limpieza de habitación.

Perfect place to stay. Near Pucon but in a quiet area with a great view of the lake. The breakfast served in the room was complete. I'd definetely recommend this place to stay

So here's something I would've found helpful to know: There are 3 pools - a large pool at the bottom of the hill (shown in most of the pictures, with sunbeds all around), which is significantly smaller than pictures look (assume wide angle lens photos). It's not heated but it wasn't cold (this is in January), although it was totally overrun by kids, around 20-30 children playing in there at any time! (Obviously we could have been unlucky, but there was no way an adult could have swum lengths in it - you couldn't reach your arms out either side of you without hitting a child. We stayed Wednesday - Friday, not over a weekend). Not rating the hotel down for this, but definitely something to bear in mind if you want to relax by the pool and hoardes of kids would ruin your stay! (Or, on the other hand, if family-friendly with lots of kids to play with is a plus for your family!) Then there are 2 smaller pools that are based on totally the other side of the property (at the top of the hill). This includes an oval-shaped one that is warm, kind of functioning like a large hot-tub. You have to reserve this, but we had no trouble doing so. There's then a small rectangular one (about 5m long) also pretty warm. Again, no issues with this set up, just think the descriptions about this could be clearer as it was initially a confusing set up! The room is nicer and bigger than it appears in pictures!! Comfy bed. Breakfast is only served between 9-10.30 - again just something to bear in mind if you're hoping to get up earlier for hiking like us.

We stayed 4 nights in January - as one of around 15 hotels around Latin America in similar price bracket. The hotel has super lakeshore views from the terrace. Comfy and spacious. Helpful staff. Good facilities. The apartments are self-catering. Located approx five miles from Pucon. Very easy if you are travelling by car.
