Good value for money

The taxi reservation company inside the hotel were very RUDE they stole money from us changed the price even after we paid in advance and we got a receipt when we didn’t agree to pay more they left us they were very rude and literally stole from us it is the hotel fault they let such thieves work there with them.

1. Hotel is good looking, inside and outside. 2. I think that main building Hotel is refurbished and it is high quality refurbished, like new. 3. Elevators operating good and fast. 4. I have to say that the food is very good, a lot of choice. 5. Good entertainment, mini club-mini disco in the evening for kids, for adults entertainment were to. 6. Infrastructure around the Hotel is good. 7. Rooms are good and clean, cleaners clean every day and cleaning is good, but in my opinion, they maybe need a short education. 8. Internet connection is free 👍 9. According to the offer from booking and all the pictures and price I picked it and the choice was good. This was our 7th year in a row that we visit Turkey and region from Antalya to Alanya. For others if you have to choose and you are not sure which Hotel to pick, Seaden Sea Planet Resort is a good choice do not think much and pick it. My grade is strong 8 out of 10

For managers: 1. I think water slides/ the staircase need good cleaning. 2. Other option is refurbishing or replacing all water slides with new and better to be according to the hotel. 3. The bed in our room need replacement, do not know for other rooms situation. The bed was curved in the middle and was not comfortable. 4. Third bed was good for our kid. 5. Pillows were too thick for me. 6. Hotel need more umbrellas in the pool area. 7. Location is not so good, but for us wasn't a problem because we travel by car. 8. Hair dryer button were problematic.

I didn't like nothing there at all

The staff members are worse kind of humans I ever seen in my traveling experiences, they are rude and disrespectful , I had an altercation with someone ((claimed to be a manager)) because he harassed me twice with the chef in the restaurant and the beach . The chef is acting like thug scaring people off pretending like he own the restaurant and no one will eat dinner without his permission. I was about to call the police for that matter but luckily they stopped.. hotel is allways full with guests,no quiet spaces to relax without noise. there is no room services even if you are willing to pay for it , so you must go to the restaurant and eat like a dogs at exact time otherwise you will starve to death because there is no places nearby, the location is very far from the city centre. (Bad location). The gym is rusty and small not like what they show you in photos. This place is not good for couples or solo travellers who's looking for relaxing and beach tanning. The WiFi is very very slow and the rooms is too noisy because if someone next room talks loudly you will not sleep. Only one staff member speaks English so it will be hard to get what you want without hassle. The price was cheap just like there food and beverages when I stayed The hotel is looks clean but there is a smell of the pathrooms coming out during day. I also found a hair in my lunch plate one time.

Staff very helpful especially 1 member faith who was the best thing about the hotel nothing was to much effort, opened up bar after it closed for coffee and drinks can not express how good he was.

- The variaton and quality of food is the best ever I experienced in Turkey (I gone to more then 10). - Drinks - Everyday icecream - Mehmet from the moonlight bar is a very good bartender and takes good care of the customers - Sezer is the most funny and energetic guy from the animation team - Day activities are not alot but they are nice - Spa center by itself is very nice and the services are good - Nice beach with a lot of sun beds - Bar near the beach - Water sports near the beach - Very nice italian a la carte

- The guy from the spa center which is walking near the pool offering spa services is quite rude and interrupting everyday atleast 2 times. - Animation team is not energetic (except of sezer) and communicative. You see them maximum one hour in the day and one hour in the evening. - All the evening animation shows are missing a very big introduction before a show starts. People sit and they directly start without a warming up, introduction or good evening. And the same way they end the show. - All the activities and specially animation show gets interupted by commercial advertisements atleast 3 times. - Cleaniless is terrible. Starting with the carpets in the corridors. We stayed for 8 days and day number 3 we asked for the first cleaning. Toilet was not cleaned, trash was still in the room, door was opened to the balcony and left fully open, old towels were still in the room, face towels were not changed. The second time we asked for cleaning was on day number 5 and this time it was perfect. - Waiters in the restaurant during breakfast and lunch don't come to bring tools. Tables are not clean. In the dinner everything is good. - We tried to enter the disco several times but it was only open for one night - I entered first and only time the disco with water in my hands. The staff came to me and said very rude 'you cannot enter with water'. He didn't say even hello or good evening.

Nothing

Staff are ignorant, poor english and messed up my family's vacation. We came 2:00PM for check in but the room still not ready and we waited 3 hours in the lobby and staff are not giving attention.. Swimming pool is very dirty, as soon as I get in the water I suffered from skin rashes.Food is not good and its saying ALL INCLUSIVE but everything they charging you even the safe box.I strongly DO NOT recommend this Sea Planet Resort& SPA.
