Cet hôtel porte bien son nom, il est magique. Tout était bien, très bonne nourriture et en abondance et variée. Le site est magnifique très propre, de grandes piscines. De l'animation pour tous les âges. les chambres sont propres et confortables. La plage bien équipée avec des transats, des parasols, restaurant. Pied dans l'eau, c'est ce que je recherchais. En plus, le soleil était au rendez-vous. Vous ne regretterez pas votre séjour.

Family lagoon room was nice

Terrible attitude of reception staff and both ladies managers, who refused to give my room till 7pm!! And threatened to cancel my booking!! Racism and discrimination by nationality. Worst experience ever!!!

Only Kids Club entertainers

We checked into the hotel on June 24. As a family of 5, we preferred the family room, but the room was very cramped and there was no space for movement. We requested a room change. We were directed to a room on the 3rd floor. How can we climb 3rd floor without elevator with 3 small children? We think there are other vacant rooms in the hotel. By giving the 3rd floor, they directly created a deadlock. We preferred to stay in our room. The inside of the pools are full of sand, the surroundings of the pool are unfortunately full of dust and dirt, and the cleaning in the rooms is only done from the top. We ignored all this. However, during 2nd day breakfast, my children wanted to eat Nesquik. There was milk in the milk pot that was sour and undrinkable. We noticed after my kids ate a few spoonfuls. I explained the situation to the chef who was there at the time. How can no one not notice such sour milk? What would happen if something happened to my children? Unfortunately, it is a sadness and disappointment that such fine details in such a large hotel have been overlooked.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were all fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday.

The only thing we would have preferred was if the town was in walking distance.

Tui Magic really exceeded my expectations! I couldn’t find much images online from previous guests I did check youtube and social media but I just took my chances and my god I was genuinely very surprised. Very nice hotel, food is amazing every day there’s a different theme around the hotel and for dinner! The activities in the hotel were endless and the hedgehogs/ turtles/ cats the hotel have on site casually walking around are super cute!!! You definitely won’t go hungry and the land of legends is literally a 5min cab ride! Definitely will be going back as it’s great for family resort holidays where you just want a hotel type of holiday.

The only downside is the hotel is located away from a lot of outside shops so you have to get a cab if you want get into belek for shopping or walking around.

Staffs are so nice and friendly. Many cats in the facility also gave us good mood.

Everything and everyone were wonderful. Best service.

The main word for this location is "SPORT"! Voleyball, tennis, cycling and mach more! Big clean green territory, mach more than enough of sunbeds at the beach. Good delicious food, and the best Turkish coffee in the bar. Coctails are superb and you can change the receirpt on your personal choce. Beer is always chilled and what you want more from the beer ))) For shopaholics - The Land of Legends is very close and only 10 Euro by taxi.

In difference with previous years you don't have one free of charge dinner in the thematic restaurants. The app of TUI is nice, but not fully helpful, for example, you can't bokk your stay or evet book cycling experience. I hint to the staff to split the beach to "with kids area" and "no kids area" - it's easy and avoid elders from extra noises.
