Near by grocery and restaurants. Near by car wash those who travel a lot. Value for money appartments. Basic kitchen items like oven, kettle and a small fridge was available even we book a non kitchen room. ( Seperate kitchen rooms are available). Basic cutlery are available also a dining table which was very comfortable.

The people at the hotel are great and the location is agreeable with a sea view and a quick walk down to a fishing beach, and a convenience store and a good fruit and vegetable store less than 100 meters away. It is relatively close to the airport in Seeb and even closer to the Grand Mall and the famous new mosque. One feels safe and welcomed there, in a simple homely neighborhood. The reception is good at calling taxis, and generally sweet natured and eager to help and to clean on demand.

The fridge is quite small - I make all my own food. There are good things to eat at the Carrefour French supermarket in the Grand Mall but that requires a taxi so they need to be stored. I dont care for restaurants but in any case there are not many nearby, just some Indian food and a MacDo I would advise a car if possible, taxis are expensive and things are spread out for miles with little public transportation. Of course that is not the hotel's fault but the nature of Muscat.

The staff are friendly and helpful, location is great, internet is excellent, appartment was clean and spacious.

I was in room 202, the gays in 203 were soooo noisy and i barely slept at night, they were walking and talking loudly in the corridor and smoking heavily and my room was full of smoke. I was about to have a fight with them, sooo impolite gays.

My apartment was spacious, extremely clean and comfortable. The bed was excellent and the other furnishings were very good. Very quiet, with no road noise. The two balconies were a nice touch. The kitchen was functional, but lightly equipped. Staff was friendly and very responsive. Good value for the money. Several restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. An excellent laundry service is directly across the street. Easy access to tourist attractions, major roads, highways and shopping areas.

The hotel is located in a poor neighborhood and needs attention to the outdoor surroundings. Weeds, dirt and trash need to be cleaned up to make the hotel more presentable. There is a disabled car taking up a parking space that should be removed. Additional parking is available in a small garage under the building.

Fantastic apartment with lots of facilities, comfortable bed and very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money too.

The staff were lovely and helpful when I had a few issues. I was also happy with the Deluxe Studio and the room was very comfortable (except for the bedbugs)

The unfortunate part of my stay was that my bed had bedbugs in it. I stayed in the hotel for 6 nights and every night I got more bites. The staff changed the bedding however this did not fix the problem. The 3 staff also witnessed the bugs as they were changing the linen. The disappointing part is that neither the owner or staff asked how I was. I was covered from head to toe in bed bites and they continued to get worse. The day after checkout I had to seek medical attention as the bites were so bad. I don’t feel the hotel took the situation seriously. The owner and staff only said to me, ’I heard you had bed bugs’ and they also said ‘the hotel has never had this problem before’. A staff member later confirmed that the hotel has had this problem in the past. There was no apology, compassion or compensation. The bites are horrendously painful and itchy. It is now 36 hours since I checked out and I am going back to the doctor yet again. When I checked out, I told the receptions I was not happy my bed had bugs; she just giggled. Bed bugs in a hotel is not a laughing matter, neither is when a guest has to attend a hospital to seek medical attention due to the hotel’s issue.
