Staff was very friendly, good rich breakfast directly on the ocean terrace. Clean room. Nice swimming pool.

Room was very small, bathroom was so small that even the door could not be opened completely. Our first room was directly over the ventilation of the hotel/restaurant, it was very loud in the room even with closed windows, also in the night. Staff was very helpful and after one day we could change the room. We found the price much too high for what we get. There is no beach access.

beautiful sea view, great hospitality and excellent leisure facilities as well as coupled travel agency SVAI for well organized and safe safari’s and transfers. recommend it to all business people, combine work with leisure with great seaview.

Every single day we were asked every other moment if we were residents despite the fact that we answered the security multiple times a day. we were constantly being told we were not allowed to be a certain areas and not take pictures, and only when we told then we stay at the hotel they said yes, this was on the 3rd day. myself and my sister were excluded, because we were walking around the facility and they seemed to only ask us. We were not dressed or behaving in a manner that indicated malicious activity or intent. As a solo travel especially black woman I would not recommend staying there as they kept eyes on us as hawks. I flew all the way from Ireland, just to enjoy Tanzania but I guess it didn’t turn out that way. I have addressed this issue with management and the security proceeded to tell us that we still were not allowed photos in the area, of which then my sister had to escalate the issue by herself. The hotel was beautiful but it became uncomfortable no more than a day later

Amaizing staff, good location and great breakfast. Availability of car rental services plus driver was very handy.

Bathroom shower pressure weak

The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. We had a late flight and they gave me a late check out. The breakfast was excellent, wide variety and delicious fresh coconut water at breakfast each morning. I highly recommend staying here.

an excellent setting of room, spacious and comfy, i like the attention made to smallest details while making it comfortable. both restaurents are excellent, staff at cove is very friendly.
