The staff were amazing, especially Cedric. However, the property itself was a little tired. I did see lots of work being done on the property though, so I think Covid put them in a difficult maintenance position. When I mentioned to Cedric that there was a problem with a loose tap in the bathroom, it was fixed immediately. Excellent internet and space to work in. The kitchen area was great with lots of pots, pans and cooking utensils. It also had a large fridge and freezer. Great for a long stay. Fantastic internet, with two of us online working.

The sofa was very uncomfortable and dirty, with lots of stains on it. The bathroom was a little tired looking. And the bedroom we had was very tight sizewise.

The location was excellent, the manager was really good and hosted us well.

The bed was abit uncomfortable, and the hairdryer wasnt working, being pregnant and had the flu, i called the night shift staff (they told us we could call if we needed anything) and asked if i could get a another hairdryer, the night shift staff rudely refused and even having told him im unwell and pregnant and i need to dry my hair, he still refused with very bad attitude. Another staff gave me another hair dryer the next morning.

I loved the service everyone was kind,The place is perfect for family and group of Friends.They know how to treat people . Anything I needed i got from the cleaning stuff .last thing I loved about the houst it's the communication from day one till the end .

I loved everything about the place ,The warm water issue in the morning was the only thing I dint like but on Sunday it was sorted . The must also invest in cooking pots and tea cups .

The size of the batb tub was very small.

The staff was friendly, quick to assist and went out of their way to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Cedric was excellent, he provided all infor and was 24/7 on call. Freezing weekend but didn't feel the cold at all the aircon was working perfectly.

The door to the main room had a space and one could see through the bedroom.The kitchen tap was loose and sometimes ran uncontrollably and the bottom drawer of the kitchen cupboard didn't close...

The place was clean and the syaff was very hospitable
