It wasn’t close to anything so you need a car! Also the beach attached was very shallow and full of coral soo not’swimmable’

We loved this place in Okinawa. Loved the fact it had its own little private beach, which was AMAZING. The rooms were really comfortable and had most things we needed (crockery/cutlery was not supplied but I am sure if we asked we would have got some). It is a little distance from some of the main areas where you can get good food, but if you hire a car it is not far to go. Would highly recommend it here, and stay again.

Liked the simple, laid back atmosphere and relative calm further away from the tourist hotspots yet super close to amazing snorkeling sites. Breakfast was amazing with a choice of european, american and local options. Very thoughtful buffet. The hotel is well kept and its age does not show. The private beach is beautiful.

The photos made the pool look big enough for swimming which was not the case - it was really just a baby pool. Felt a bit betrayed to be honest. There were only three loungers, not enough for the number of guests. Pool towels cost extra.

The location was perfect! We loved that it was steps away from a private beach. We also loved the breakfast at the restaurant.

everything is so old and everything is expensive in this hotel. washing powder small bag 100yen. laundry 300yen and drier 200yen. Small bowl of cup noodles is 200yen. dinner is 3500yen with average food. And the room wall is too thin, can hear the noise from upstairs and outside.

Breakfast was good.

The beach had lots of rock. Need water shoes to walk around in the water.

Nice location. Swimming pool, surrounded by jungle vegetation. Excellent service and food in the restaurant. The poolside location of our room. The tile floor in our room. The beach was nice.

At check in the service was not great. The room was in my name, but the desk clerk would only speak to my wife in Japanese. We arrived late, due to problems at the airport, and missed our dinner reservations. We had called to cancel them but manged to get to the hotel sooner than we thought. We asked if we could still get food, but we were met with a resounding No! I had to push the clerk to ask the restaurant manager who was kind enough to make us a pizza. He was very friendly and kind and addressed me by name. He really made our trip special. The pool was dirty. There was not enough chlorine in it and as a result I got an eye infection. The second night we were there the lights around the pool were left on all night which made it hard for us to sleep in our poolside room. The furniture in our room was old and heavy to move so we ended up dragging it to move it and every time we did so it made a loud noise. The people in the room above us did the same thing only at two in the morning. There was a young father and his friend that were playing with his infant children in the pool and the kids were screaming for more than thirty minutes. We couldn't tell if they were playing or in danger, so my wife went out to ask if everything was okay and they completely ignored her. She asked again and they responded that time that all was well and then as she turned away, they immediately started saying disparaging remarks about her and me, which unfortunately led to a verbal confrontation between me and them. We explained our position and let it go but they made a big deal about it by calling the front desk and complaining about us. The front desk clerk suggested that we relocate to the third floor, which we immediately refused.

The hotel was clean and the staff were generally helpful and friendly. There is a nice little beach next to the hotel.

From the website, I was under the impression that this was a simpler alternative to the more expensive 4-star resort hotels in the same area, with plenty of options for relaxing beach and sea activities. However, I was disappointed to find out that the hotel outsourced all beach activities to another company and that using this company's services turned out to be extremely inconvenient for guests without a car. There is very little to do in the area around the hotel and hardly any good options for lunch within walking distance (the hotel restaurant only serves breakfast and dinner). For those who want to enjoy beach activities, especially those without a car, I would recommend a resort hotel - some of which are available for the same price (at least this was the case in late September, when I visited).
