Very close from the center and old medina, it's just a 5 min walk from there. The old style adopted in decoration was so amazing and it would please foreigners a lot!
The price was high for the quality of the room!
I also didn't like that the first room they gave us was very small and it had no access to internet at all!! And the shower was not hot in it!!
After we complained, they offered us a better room but we had to spend the first night in the previous one and it was not pleasant AT ALL!!!!!!!

The suite was fantastic.It has a private terrace with a beautiful view over the beautiful city of chefchaouen.

Amabilité du personnel et l’architecture de l’hôtel.

Die Lage könnte besser nicht sein. Man ist mitten in der Stadt und kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Das Riad ist sehr schön eingerichtet, es gibt in der Mitte eine nach oben hin offene Stelle mit Brunnen zum Verweilen. Wir hatten eine Suite, die wirklich extrem groß (hoch) und sehr schön eingerichtet war. Die Suite hatte einen eigenen Balkon mit herrlichem Blick über die Stadt. Das Frühstück wurde vom Personal direkt aufs Zimmer gebracht und war für marokkanische Verhältnisse wirklich extrem gut. Der Kaffee ist ausgezeichnet! Heizung (im Sommer Klimaanlage) hat super funktioniert.
Wir hatten leider nie wirklich heißes Wasser in der Dusche, eher immer lauwarm. Was zu der Jahreszeit dann doch zu kalt ist. Die Treppenaufgänge, vor allem zum Balkon, sind schon sehr eng. Recht dick oder schwer zu Fuß darf man da nicht sein ;)

I’ve experienced better breakfasts on my Morocco trip but it was okay. Location to get everywhere walking was fabulous plus out of really busy areas but you need help with suitcases unless you’re travelling very lightly. The star were excellent helping with whatever you needed and the riad had a family, cosy feel to it with various communal sitting areas.
Being very ‘picky’; the only thing to hold items in the shower was broken.

The atmosphere was magic and the breakfast was really tasty and rich. We did not eat until the middle afternoon.

This was an exceptional place to stay - the Riad was beautifully presented and it’s location could not be more perfect. The staff were so helpful - we wish we’d booked to stay longer!

Do not book the double room. It has no windows!!! The lights in the room were not working and the mainlight cozld not be fixed. Also there was malfunction of the door handle.

Riad is right in the middle of town, excellent access to the surroundings, beautiful and clean, amazing view, breakfast standard
if you arrive by car, finding the parking was a little stressful, prices for parking lot seem random

Excellent location. Friendly hosts. This is a no-fuss riad. I liked that they left me alone, I was able to relax.
Could have been cleaner. The unit i was in was tidy, clean bedsheets etc. But the bathroom had a bad smell and there was hair on the counter and shower when I showed up. One day for breakfast they didnt wipe the table from people before and had coffee spills and crumbs, smudge marks on coffee pot which they reused for me.

We didn't get hot - not even warm ! - water in the shower. For some reason there was a very unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom which stank the whole room. Linens (bed sheets and towels) didn't feel clean and seemed 'tired'.

The host was very responsive and helped us get to the accommodation without much trouble. We drove and the parking is a bit of a walk from the accommodation (a few flights of stairs and narrow streets) but with the help of the host we got there just fine.
There were issues with the having hot water for shower - it was not consistent and we had to keep asking the host/staff to look into the hot water issue.

It was a great location.
It was extremely worn down. The shower head holder fell off the wall. The bedding was stained, dead bugs on the floor, sink faucet was falling off. Most importantly there was awful. it cut off every 3-5 minutes. I ended up using all my data.

location was perfect situated within the Medina, and the staff was super helpful arranging transportation and helping with luggage. they upgraded us to a suite for no cost
it smelled a little bit like cat pee but was otherwise perfect
