Ambience and decorum of the hotel is really good , breakfast was tasty and healthy housekeeping staff were so helping and kind ... Location was good metro station just nearest to the hotel check- in & check-out was so smooth would like to mention front office staff they're really nice.

The experience I had at Sarovar Portico Naraina was beyond wonderful and I can't thank you enough for an unforgettable time and outstanding service. The wonderful and friendly staff greeted me with a smile and showed me to my room, which turned out to be a real oasis. However, what truly made my stay memorable was your exceptional staff. They were extremely attentive, professional and always ready to help. From the reception to the service staff, everyone was true professionals in their field. There was a noisy sales promotion by a 5-star hotel/ timeshare company in the restaurant during dinner hours. Disturbed me very badly and I had to quickly finish my food and get out of the restaurant

Good location for airport only 20 mins away. Staff were friendly and helpful.

When booked it said airport transfer included, but when arrived they said it was only from airport to hotel. We booked on last day of our visit to India and they refused to provide an airport transfer so we had to pay. Duvet cover hadn’t been changed and smelt from previous occupant.

I am very glad to stay in Sarovar Portico Naraina Hotel in Delhi and it's really very good experience . They take care of my overall stay . Rooms properly neat and clean location is also amazing and I definitely tell to my relatives and friends for choose this hotel to stay here .

Room was worn out and was not in very good condition considering the amount you pay. Air conditioning doesn't work in the lobby and lift. Water pressure is too low in the shower 🚿 so the shower won't work properly. *Beware this is a non smoking 🚭 property which they don't mention on booking.com, and If you smoke they will charge you hefty fine 🧾 {NO PRIOR INFORMATION AND HOTEL DECIDES THE AMOUNT} at time of check out (not because smoking alarms detect it but one of their detective staff will search 🕵️ cig buds in the dustbins after you check out.)

The hotel is modern, clean, the staff is friendly and very professional. The food is excellent, the room service is fast and of high quality, the location of the hotel is excellent. The hotel is located in a quiet part of the city, the airport is close, the diplomatic quarter is also close... All employees tried to make me feel like a very welcome guest.

The beds were making sounds. The wifi was not working. Shower gel was not there.
